Hotel staff were wonderful and really helpful
No wifi signal in our room, but it was perfect out in the hall and in the lobby so not a real problem
located in the heart of the town, however a charming, friendly and quiet place, very good breakfast buffet and friendly staff
Close to the center, helpful staff
Breakfast very poor
Excellent location in old town but easy to get to from motorway. Very friendly staff.
Very narrow road to hotel. We parked in the park opposite and walked to hotel. Parking there is free from friday evening over the weekend.
- Staff members were extremely helpful. On our first night they called up a restaurant to see if they were open and made a reservation for us. Let us use some cutlery and hot water from their kitchen for 2 minute noodles. After we checked out, they let us keep our luggage there and hang out in the lobby area for a few hours while we waited for our train. - Close to the town centre - Really nice showers (good water pressure, good size and warm water)
location, staff, service
We were looking forward to the restaurant but it was closed for 10 days...in early July? Strange
location was excellent. It's close to Colmar's remarkable place such as the Petite Venice, churches, and downtown shops.
However, Junior Suite Room was far from "Sweet". Room furniture was too old, beds made nosy sounds and cleanness could not reach to our 'low profile' expectation.
Really freindly and flexible staff
Really friendly staffs
Car park is not really next to hotel. Need to have
Excellent staff. Good facilities for secure motorcycle garaging.
Perfect location, kind staff, very clean!!! Great accommodation!
Very close to the old centre ville and Petite Venice, perfect for sightseeing/shopping. Very friendly, helpful staff. Big room, very comfortable; huge bathroom with shower and tub, separate toilet room. Good breakfast. Hotel restaurant also very good.
I did not use the pool or sauna so can't rate those.
Reception staff very helpful and loaned us plug to charge up iPad to allow internet access which was very good
Nothing not to like
Very nice and helpful staff. We were recommended a very good fish restaurant. Our room was very comfortable and nicely decorated. Very pleasant experience!!!
Sauna and Swiming pool :-)
No minibar in the room. Breakfast quite expensive for the offer.
location and staff
A little hard to get to hotel
Breakfast excellent. My little dog was warmly welcomed. Loading and unloading possible next to the hotel. parking was very close by. no problem. staff efficient, accommodating, and friendly. thanks!
Very polite lady at the reception (not typical for french area). Cozy hotel, very well located in an amazingly beatiful city. We even had a lot of fun in the pool and spa:-)
Nothing to say...only one thing, do not forget to cary your parking card with you.on sunday the parkhouse is closed and you will not get in without your card
Location is the only thing going for this hotel.
It is ridiculously expensive and very very low quality. The towels were extremely old and thin. The decor is dated with reminders if the the 1980s. There is no room service, no fresh fruit at breakfast. Parking is some distance away and street access is also extremely difficult due to house renovations at the top of the street. The staff are nice but the low quality if the hotel for the price paid meant our stay there was unpleasant.
Just the location, nothing else
The price for what we received was absurd. We had 2 twin beds pushed together, the room was really cheap with cheap wood furnishings. We were just shocked with the pricing.
Location. Friendly Staff.
Price. Needs updating.
In the late evening there were no more towels left in the pool / sauna area. And there was no phone etc. to call service...
Location in the historical center, helpful staff, nice pool, generally sympathetic ambience.
Breakfast not included in price.
The receptionist was charming and extremely helpful. The public areas - the bar and breakfast room - were very pleasant and we enjoyed our drink at the hotel after dinner. The breakfast itself was good although the member of staff responsible was very officious and it was not very relaxing.
Our room was small and could have done with updating, although some limited effort had been made to brighten things up with modern paintings. The hotel was difficult to find and the nearest (paid) parking was quite a long distance away. We also received a ticket although we think the policeman who issued it had been at the car park when we arrived and saw us pay for parking!
The hotel was located close to the historic section and to fine dining-
Selected staff members were less than helpful - got off the elevator into complete dark hallway with no lighting -I believe they are renovating sections -elevator needs to be replaced-The smell of chlorine from the pool in the basement greeted you in the elevator- Breakfast staff member had to be told 3x that my wife wanted hot chocolate for breakfast- Too much money for what we got- would not stay here again
