Friendly staff

Very rough sheets and detergent gave us all rashes. Tignes is extremely ugly.

Staff very helpful,we were allowed to check in at 11am instead of the usual 2pm.very comfortable room and bed lovely and warm,breakfast included in price and plenty of choice

Room size picture on website gave impression room was bigger than it actually was, also bathroom needs a shower curtain otherwise floor becomes flooded

Friendly staff, only steps away from the ski lifts and the ski pass centre. Views of the mountain at breakfast.

Next door to ski hire , restaurants and 50 m to main lifts. Friendly staff. Great breakfasts.

The location is excellent (near ski lift)

Location - less than 100 m to ski lifts, good wi-fi, nice breakfast on the top floor with a great view, several good restaurants/cafes close by

Rooms too warm with no way of turning heating down. Beds quite hard

Great location just opposite the lifts in Tignes Le Lac and close to restaurants, ice-rink and pool. Good breakfast in very pleasant room which doubles as a bar in the evening. Friendly and helpful staff. Robes and towels provided for the sauna etc. Good value for money.

We didn't have a balcony, or much of a view and the rooms are very small.

Everything was great

The location of the hotel is excellent!! Sraff is superb and very very friendly! They have been waiting for us till mid night at the day of our departure. All restaurant bookings were done through the hotel owner. Good breakfast. Can recommend. More details by mail.

Very helpful staff. We had a great time and would recommend it to anyone.

ski locker outside door seemed to be always open. we didn't have to use code to get in. Not very secure.

Location is exellent for skiers - two lifts are about 50 meters from the hotel. Also perfect for New Year's Open Air. Very comfotable breakfast room at the top floor with mountain view which is good to use to spend time in the evenings. Good breakfast.

within 75 yards to 2 main ski lifts. nice to have sauna/steam room/ jacuzzi on site. we had family suite which was adequately spacious and comfortable

no hot food at buffet breakfast. no fixed shower in bathroom. water temperature in jacuzzi could have been a little warmed

Nicely furnished room, rich breakfast, the wellness area is small but not busy and the jakuzzi whirpool is very relaxing after skiing

We wanted to have a drink in the bar at 22.00 and it was already closed

Terrible Shower in the bathroom - but then most French hotels have not hit the 21st century in this regard!

The fact that to park it cost €45 for three days!!!!!!! They failed to mention that one!
