Warm friendly atmosphere, excellent breakfast although quite expensive as an extra i.e. euros 15 per person. Very clean, comfortable, relaxing clean pool and quite position The only thing we found difficult was the fact that we had to search elsewhere for lunch and dinner. St.Tropez was extremely busy and we could not park anywhere so we had to travel to Port Grimaud or St,. Maxime - we hoped for a quiet relaxing break and had there been a small menu for lunch or supper we would have taken advantage of this. |

Nice facilities i.e The pool the garden and pool bar. Very unhelpful staff , i would say rude. When we arrived in the area we called the hotel for a taxi but they told us we would have to call it ourselves.They then told us we were to close to get a taxi.Ridiculous as the hotel is at the top of a steep hill approx 30 min walk. We had suitcases and i find it difficult to believe the reception was so unhelpful knowing the location of the hotel and we were guests. When we got their she was extremley arrogant and seem to laugh it off. I was so angry i could not bring myself to speak to that member of staff again. As a first wedding anniversary i have an unfortunate memory of the way we were treated at the beginning , such a shame as it's a nice looking hotel. |

Hôtel très charmant et décoré avec goût.Bien situé, proche de st tropez, port grimaud et des plages.Idéal pour un couple d'amoureux ou pour venir en vacance en famille.Ambiance très chaleureuse,détente et farniente.Magnifique piscine!Chambre spacieuse et jolie terrasse.Personnel très souriant et très attentif.Endroit à recommander.Nous avons passé un inoubliable week-end en amoureux.Tout était super!!!! |

с моего счета списали дважды за проживание. причем кредитку не просили, воспользовались номером который я вносили при бронировании на этом сайте. первый раз при въезде, а второй раз ту же сумму через несколько часов после чек-аута. мои попытки разобраться по телефону ни к чему не привели. |

Personnel très aimable avec le soucie que tous se passe bien. Cadre calme, lits comfortables, frigo spatieux et balcon. Petis soucies avec les connections téléphoniques et Wi-Fi. Mais, l'attitude positive du personnel d'essayer de resoudre les problèmes fait qu'on n'en pense pas. |

Accueil chaleureux, le tennis à côté, la proximité avec les attractions avoisinantes (Ste Maxime, Les marines de Cogolin, Ramatuelle, les plages), l'hôtel en retrait et dans un endroit très calme. Dommage que l'eau de la piscine n'était pas assez chaude pour se baigner... très bel aménagement extérieure. Hôtel en pleine rénovation, le sauna n'était pas utilisable |

Le personnel présent, très serviable et souriant et discret. La décoration de la chambre superbe, reposante avenante et délicate. La surprise de découvrir une partie salon avec canapé nous a particulièrement charmés car cela donne un effet "cooconing" fort appréciable dans lequel on peut se détendre (lecture, mails, internet, boire un thé, etc.). Très appéciable pour un couple qui désire un peu d'intimité dans la journée en dehors des sorties. La salle des petits déjeuners est très bien décorée également. Les choix du pdéjeuner sont variés et originaux. La salle de bains (et les toilettes) trop petite et trop sobre. Trop bas de gamme dans les matérieux (carreaux, portes...). Seul le lavabo est très beau mais excessivement bas, il faut se courber. En plus la conséquence est qu'il n'y a pas de place prévue pour mettre des affaires personnelles au-dessous. Donc pièce pas confortable. La baignoire est également trop simple. Dommage, c'est le seul point négatif de l'hôtel à notre avis. |
