The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, Very convenient to Gare de Lyon and a good base for visiting Paris. Airconditioning was being fitted however this was not a major problem, just looked ugly. |

convenient position in a real working suburb of Paris. The room was not fully prepared and the type of room reserved was not given. However, reduction was given in price. The hotel was having air-conditioning put in and the work was quite intrusive. |

Staff were very accommodating with requests and happy to answer any questions we had. Small things like no plug in vanity basin, hotel was under renovation while we were there, and there was no air conditioning (was being/due to be installed). Staff were apologetic about the lack of air conditioning, and while the days were hot enough that it would have been nice to have, it wasn't unbearable. |

It was comfortable but nothing special to be honest. The website made it look better than it actually was (in particular the bedroom). The breakfast room was fine albeit most of the tables had to be cleared away and were not done so until we arrived for breakfast. Probably wouldn't choose to stay here again. The room was fairly average. |

The hotel is very central - just a ten minute walk from The Bastille. The reception staff, the girls who served breakfast and the cleaners were very friendly and polite. The hotel is also very quiet and we heard no traffic noise at night. Breakfast was good - cereal, fruit, cheese, eggs, croissants, bread and coffee. The foyer, lift and corridors are quite shabby. The bedroom carpet was old, stained and torn in places. |

Walking distance to metro and river No attachment for shower head, so had to hold it over the bath. Tired decor in bedrooms. Very limited breakfast selection. |
