The location is convenient to sights, near Bastille (big Metro station). And the room is very quiet at night, the facilities is nice especially blinds. The clerk is polite and helpful. The room decorations is currently good finished, and is very simple style. The breakfast is a little simple, wi-fi is free but speed is not good enough. |

The room and bathroom were very clean and bigger than is some other hotels. I found it a little bit too far to walk to Gare de Lyon |

The hotel looks shabby from the outside but inside is decorated in a modern style. The room was very comfortable with free WiFi Internet. Ideally located some 20 mins walk from Gare du Lyon with excellent bus and metro connections to all tourist sites in Paris. Staff very friendly and helpful. Lots of restaurants/patisseries etc in the neighbourhood. |

All members of staff were very friendly, genuine and welcoming. The room itself was basic but functional. Being able to borrow a laptop to go online is a nice plus. It would be nice to have coffee facilities in the room. |

Recently remodeled, with new carpets and beds. Clean, with large bathroom and seperate toilet area. Friendly staff. Also, for the person that thought the curtains were too thin, on the right side of the sliding door one can find the switch for the electric shutters which when closed provide complete darkness and privacy. |

For Paris standards the room are quite spacious, the front desk staff is very helpful and friendly. Around the corner is a daily fresh market where you can get fresh oysters for breakfast. The cleaning lady of the room did a rather poor job, not even cleaning used cups. |

I liked the location as well as the available internet connection which was free!The staff were really nice, spoke fair English, which was helpful! Its definitely a hotel i would go to again if i have business in Paris again! The curtains were too fair and i am not sure if people from the building next to the hotel could see me through them...rather uncomfortable when getting out of the shower |

i liked the area, close to the r.e.r. and metro and gare de lyon. that's what i was basically looking for and minimum confort too bad there wasn't a mini bar in the room |

The staff were all very pleasant and helpful.I liked the decor in the dining room and the breakfast was good . The carpet in the bedroom would need to be cleaned. |

They catered well for our young son of 2 years old. We had a cot that suited our requirements and they leant us a laptop so that we could use the wireless internet free of charge. The terrace was large and was nice in the evening. There are no English speaking channels available... so bring a book! |

The staff were great, very friendly and helpful. That we were able to park the car was very helpful and we felt it was secure. The rooms were fine. The breakfat was great. It would have been nice to have stayed on a floor were the decorating had been completed. That our children were in the next room. Decorating the floor we stayed on. |

Friendly staff, efficient service, Metro steps away, Five minute walk from Train Station, very good breakfast for money, clean room. Surrounding area - While Paname Hotel Bastille is within walking distance to restaurants, train station and river, my daughter and I did not feel safe on the streets during late evening hours. |

The staff were very friendly, curteous and helpful - always willing to help with directions, etc. The location was a bit tooo far from the center... its definitely not centrally located but close to the metro. |
