Stuff is nice and helpful; Parking onsite available; Not far from city center.

Carpet in the room is dirty; Heating is off and bed is very uncomfortable and unclean, our whole bodies are very itchy under the blanket we are kept awake most of the night. Overall the stay is totally not worth the money.

Excellent location, 10 minute walk to the town centre and just off the E402 motorway so you don't have to drive through Rouen to get there. Free parking and wifi. Buffet breakfast very nice and cheap.

Rooms are a bit claustrophobic and basic but expected for a budget hotel

It was very close to our conference center, the price was fine for the minimal time I spent in the room. Also it was a walk away from the city center (10-15 min) and a longer walk away from the train station (25 min) even if a direct bus (no 4) was available in the area. This allowed me to eat out late every night. The room was quite clean. The staff was really kind and provided me with information and even hot water for my evening tea :)

Well, the bed was on rolls and wasn't confortable at all, it seemed quite cold in the first night without the extra cover, the breakfast was rather poor and the coffee horrible.

Staff v helpful, lounge/bar area looked welcoming. Free parking Trivial point but proper bedside lights good. Lots of quick hot water! And shower worked well.

Room rather sparsely furnished, drawer for clothes storage? Bench for luggage. Bed too hard for me. Bathroom so small. Needs extra pillows (common french problem).

Its a short walk from rouen center and comes with free parking, we visited paris and normandy beaches and its an ideal location to travel around normandy by car

The quotation I received was for Canadian dollars but when I checked out they charged me in Euros. Working with bookings.com to sort this out.

We had a rear room on the first floor and found it very quiet. It was great having a hotel so close to the city offering free car parking.

The fact that staff was behind the counter

Basic cheap hotel. Very small room with dirty carpet and tiny bathroom. A big person might have problem fitting in. Bedding was clean though. Free private parking.

No toiletries except soap. No hand towels.
