Staff attitude poor - on arrival staff including the manager were standing outside the entrance smoking. Lack of attendance at reception - staff usually outside smoking. No information offered - I had to work hard to find out what I needed to know. Bar closed before 10 pm and no-where to sit and relax as a result. Sports shop always closed without warning and clients referred to hotel reception desk - where no-one was present. Limited menu in restaurant. I found the hotel impersonal - some areas were like a modern prison cell block. I did not feel welcome. I suspect there are staffing problems but this hotel needs to decide on its identity and recognise that without guests it will go unde.

This was our second time at this hotel. When room discounts apply this is a good base for cycling over the famous mountain passes. It is at a sufficient distance from the passes to warm-up/loosen-up before the climbs start. The hotel is modern and large with good views up to the mountains, but unfortunately not French twee. It is based about 2km from the town centre where there a plenty of restaurants and bars.

The room was very warm during the night.

The staff was nice. Plenty of parking places and easy to find.

Breakfast was minimal

room was clean and the staff were very friendly.

Location overlooking Pyrnees mountains was just magic, overall the hotel was very compfortable, I would definitily recomend this hotel to all travellers

L'hôtel offre une prestation de qualité, un accueil chaleureux.J'ai aimé que cette ancienne usine un patrimoine locale ait été conservé et s'intégre parfaitement à l'environnement, un bel espace nature avec vue sur le Pic du midi.Un mariage heureux entre modernité et tradition.Une escale agréable en été ou en hiver à proximité des stations.

Nous avons tout particulièrement aimé le calme, la chambre et son immense lit et la propreté des lieux

Die Lage am Fluß, die optische Frische des Gesamtkomplexes und das Bewußtsein, dem internationalen Radsport nahe gewesen zu sein.

dit hotel is meer voor groepen( zakelijk) voor semenaries dan voor toeristen. Kleine kamers zonder airco of terras met kleine vensters is niet om 14 dagen als toerist te verblijven.
