Temple - République, 75003 Paris (Show map) Good, Score from 215 reviews“It's very closely situated to Temple metro, with easy access to Gare du Nord for Eurostar customers. This was my second stay at the hotel. I like the location: very close to the temple metro station, near monoprix (supermarket), many cafes/brasseries nearby, within walking distance to rue de rivoli, jardin des tuilleries, the louvre... and the price is quite good, for paris. They do not have wifi in the entire hotel, as announced on booking.com, and that was one of the main reasons i've booked it. I couldn't get a connection from my room (3rd floor), so I had to go to the lobby, which was very annoying. breakfast was expensive (10 euros/person). I would recommend going to one of the cafes nearby, as I did.

Clean room, great neighborhood, convenient public transportation, nice staff There is a small lift which can only hold two persons or one person plus one case. Although I booked a room for single person, the room should be OK for couple. I will definitely choose this hotel again when I come to Paris next time.

I really liked the hotel. I stayed in room 66, a chic, designer room for one person with double bed. Very clean, towels changed every day. The hotel draws a 3-4 star. Near 2 metro stations, a supermarket. Perfect stay in perfect hotel (and it's important - cheap hotel)

Location was excellent. Although not exactly in the Marais district, the hotel was less than 100 yards from the Temple and Republique Metro stations. Lots of good cafes within a few blocks. 10 minute walk to Ile de la Cite Our room was pretty tight for two people and luggage. Bathroom door was opaque glass. Not the best privacy if you're modest.

Le Relais du Marais is really close to subway Republique and easy to access. It is within walking distance to Notre Dame de Paris. The room is small for North America standard but a fair size for Paris or London hotels. The bathroom of our room was recently renovated so very clean. However, the room itself is a bit old and the carpet could definitely be changed with tiles when they did the renovation for the bathroom. No complaints with noice as all hotels are not that well insonorized. We had ear plugs with us. The one thing we did not like is that fact that we had to leave our room key every time we leave the hotel and when we ask the key upon our return, no checks were done to verify that we were the rightful owner (especially when the desk clerks change every few hours)... Kind of scary to think that anybody can just go in and ask for our room key.

Excellent hotel in a great location being less than 1 minute’s walk from a supermarket, patisserie, café, Metro station. As a solo traveller having the close access to these facilities made my stay easy and comfortable. The staff were very helpful and they all spoken English which was a big help to me as my French was quite limited. I would definitely stay here again.

Location is excellent, with perfect subway/bus connections to everywhere. The area is not touristy but you can walk to tourist sites. Reasonable shopping nearby. Breakfast is good for the price. Not luxury but good value. Staff helpful. Small rooms (as everywhere in Paris) No services (E.G. no room service), but there are restaurants that deliver nearby. Very small elevator (as everywhere in Paris).

A steal in Paris. The rooms were tiny but charmant. Great location near the Republique Metro stop. The neighborhood is fine... safe, etc. Not a lot of great stuff to do on Rue Turbigo, but it's central to some things, and this hotel is a fine home base. Petit dejeuner was excellent, and a value at 10 E. I would definitely return.

Close to metro, good location. Quite clean. Very friendly staff. They help you in everything. Room a little bit too small. There is not minibar in the room. The cleaning ladies entered the room even if it was marked with "do not disturb" sign on the door. A threat to privacy.

The location was quite good as it was a 10minute walk to the Notre Dame and other sites. Description of the hotel was not accurate, the photos look much better than it is in reality. Extremely rude staff.

Clean, modern, quiet, close to subway station The hotel is not smack in the middle of tourist attractions or rows of restaurants and bars, but it's close to a subway station and so is only minutes away from pretty much anything.

The location is great, its next to the station of Temple and Republic. There is a supermarket and post office nearby. If you go out, you have to leave your key at the reception. The room is ok, the bed sheet seems not very clean, but overall the service is good.

Had a week stay in Paris and found the Hotel's staff helpful and cheery. All spoke English to some degree. Although small (par for the course in Paris) our room was clean, with fresh towels daily and had wireless internet. The hotel has a small elevator and a coffee machine in the lobby. We never awoke in time for the buffet but the excellent location offered a wide variety of eating options. The area was safe, with shopping (a Monoprix a half block away), convenient to the Marais as well as the Metro (a half block's walk to a local Metro station & a block from the major Republique Metro stop). Small.

Great size room for central Paris and the location is within walking distance of major attractions and local cafe / restaurant / shopping areas. Don't love the frosted glass bathroom door. Did not try the breakfast unfortunately, but it looked good.

Location and its proximity to various tourist sites just a short walk away also its location to the gay district again only a few streets away in either directions. Staff very freindly and a nice welcome at start of each day. For a two star hotel the service is three star or more, room is small but comfy but got a room with balcony and that added to comfort - clean room each day also.. (Sure room is for base than anything else- should be out exploring than staing in) No complaints to mention
