Close to Mont-St-Michel, excellent staff and facilities. Restaurant was good. On the back side of the hotel were excellent views of the Abbey for taking pictures. Although we walked from the hotel to the Abbey, there is a parking lot closer, which we didn't know about. Close to other restaurants as well. Nice stay.

not bat. but room and restaurant are a littile expensive,10-15% more than others.

It was very close to Mont St. Michel, our room was small but clean, quiet and comfortable.

Six of us stayed for one night in Oct 2011. Everything about the hotel was confortable. Rooms were a decent size, well equipped and clean. View of Mont. St. Michel from the bedroom. Superb dining. Good value rooms. Helpul staff.

Very clean, modern, rooms fairly spacious. Quiet. Nice view over river, although if you want to see the Mont you need to step out onto the tiny balcony and crane to the right! Staff friendly. Restaurant nice ambience. We're no gourmets but eat out quite a lot in simpler French restaurants. This was the best place in a short walking trip where we stayed in six hotels. Imaginative food, well presented, enough of it (for hungry walkers) and attentive service. If you want to eat elsewhere or more cheaply (though the menu we had was under 20 euros) there's a number of other places within 200 metres

The big one for us is lack of tea/coffee making facilities in the room but that applies to pretty much every French hotel we've stayed at!

Ideal location to visit Mont St. Michel ---- excellent restuarant (try the seafood buffet)

No lift--- lots of stairs fo upper floors

The rooms were well appointed - the shower was great! The staff was very obliging and there was a laundromat nearby which was a huge plus. This hotel was also very close to Le Mont Saint Michel (less than 2 kms) which made it easy to beat the crowds in the morning. The wifi was free and available in the rooms and the signal was very good.

As a person who suffers badly with arthritis, an elevator in the hotel would have been appreciated.Climbing stairs with luggage is not always easy if you have mobility problems.

The bed was one of the most comfortable I have ever slept in. The bathroom was new, updated, ad very clean. The layout of the room was very good, and very kid-friendly. Dinner in the hotel was very good.

The location was only so-so (not on the Mont), some of the staff were friendly, some were less so. The sound proofing was really, really horrible-- we could hear everything from the people above us, the hallway, the stairs, even the kitchen and dining room scraping their pans at the end of the night!! Breakfast was also pretty terrible, a complete rip-off and not logically laid out at all. We might stay here again, or we might not, it would very much depend.

The Fire Place. The front desk receptionist was lovely.

Wi-Fi was inconsistent. Couldn't sustain connection long enough to complete internet tasks.
