Personal war wirklich sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit!

Duschkopf war undicht! Die an der Vorderseites des Duschkopfes undichten Stelle hat einem entweder direkt ins Gesicht gespritzt, oder auf die Haare ... was für eine Frau, die nicht jeden Tag ihre Haare wäscht total unangenehm ist. Auch meinen Mann hat das maßlos gestört.

Nicht einmal das Taxi konnte den Schranken passieren ohne x-mal mit dem Hotel zu telefonieren. Ausserdem Zusatzkosten wenn das Taxi zum Hotel fahren will?!

The location is excellent, the staff was very friendly and helpfull. I would recommend this hotel to anybody who wants to visit Mont_Saint Michel.

Food was a huge disappointment. A third of my steak was inedible & pasteurised orange juice with the room service breakfast probably sums up the attitude. Stay at the hotel but eat on the Mount

Great view from the room!

View of the Abby was excellent but try to stay on the second floor or higher for a better view. Dinner was good and a reasonable price. Check-in staff was great considering we arrived late morning.

Obtaining the gate code was extremely difficult. Emailed the hotel and asked for it about a week before the stay. No response. Finally got a code that didn't work. Extremely frustrating.

The room has a great veiw of the castle. The balcony is nice and our double bed room was large enough for two adults and a child.

Breakfast was not so nice but ok. Dinner service was slow due to a couple of group travellers having dinner. When we arrived, the hotel prepared a non castle view room for us. I told the staff we prefered a castle view room and then a room was changed. But actually we booked a castle view hotel. That means that the hotel should have provided us with a castle view hotel from the beginning.

The front desk reception mlle Oceane was wonderful. Restaurant staff very hospitable. The location is closest to the shuttle to Mont St Michele

Breakfast served from 6-10 we went down at 7:30 and no food in the chaffing dishes and said they would have some more at 9:00. Then brought out some cold eggs. Dinner was overpriced for quality. Our room had no central A/C or Heat control. Wall radiator and space heater. The room was overheated when we checked in and no way to cool it off.

We stayed in room 201 and were shocked by its size and beauty. This room is huge, but it's the view that is the real show stopper. The entire wall is windows framing the view of gorgeous Mt. Saint Michel! We just sat and enjoyed the view all night. Our stay was the highlight of our trip. We felt pampered. Be sure to call ahead to get a gate code to get to the Hotel.

It is the only hotel with a view of the Mont, so the nightly rate three times others in the area is what you pay for; we thought it was worth it. We had a balcony and a large view window all facing the Mont Saint Michel. The bed was very comfortable, and the room and bathroom are really large compared to a standard European room.

I don't recommend the restaurant, we felt like we were an annoyance to our waiter. There is also a lovely view from the dining room, but the restaurant lights are all on so you see more of your own reflection than you do of the Mont Saint Michel while you eat.

Way, way over rated. Should be 3 or 2 star. Not 4 star.

Staying in a hotel that is actually NOT on Mont St Michel is probably your best option because the magic is really at night time, when Mont St Michel lit up. Each room has a terrace with an unobstructed view facing the historic icon. You could literally stare at it for hours, very mesmerizing indeed. It's only about a 25-30 minute stroll to Mont St Michel from the hotel, if you decide not to take the free shuttle that runs every 15 minutes from 8:30 am until 1 am in the morning!

Though the location is ideal, the hotel is outdated. It wasn't dirty by all means, but I think there were bed-bugs.

We made the reservation the day before we arrived and were not sent a code to get thought the get. As we didn't have a monicker we had to leave the car, walk to the hotel, sort out the booking, egret the entry code, walk back to the car and then drive through. Would hav been good to have been sent the gate code when the booking was confirmed, or for there to be a way to get though the gate to the hotel without the code.

If you want to stay close to Le Mont St Michel - this is the best choice. All the rooms have some view of the castle but rooms on the second floor are better from this perspective. Rooms are very big and comfortable with either terrace or a balcony.

The hotel is very big and modern, dont expect any signs of a Chateau - long corridors with red carpet on the floor. If you come by the end of breakfast time, there is not much food left))

The room was large, with a great view over Mt. Saint Michel and the bay. The window and balcony door were from floor to ceiling (and I really like this kind of windows) and we had a private terrace/ balcony with a table and two seats. Excellent furniture, very clean room, excellent facilities.

I would have appreciated to have in the room a price list for the minibar drinks.

Terrific location! No view in the area is better. We had a room with a balcony that faced Le Mont Saint Michel.

There was some confusion about the book and at first I was told that I there were no rooms despite the reservation. The staff made up for the confusion and upgraded the room. The beds were not the most comfortable.

Excellent location . We could see Mont St Michel from the room (room 111). Is the closest hotel to mont St Michel and shuttle.

Only the location

This hotel is the worst hotel I have stayed at in the WORLD. The room was not clean. The pillows were lumpy. The bath towels were tiny and thin. There was nothing to recommend the hotel apart from its location. It is a two star hotel at best and extremely poor value for money. My advice is to stay elsewhere.

Nice, big room. Great view from the dining room, but obstructed view from the ground floor rooms.

The standard room (ground floor) does not have a good view of Mont Saint Michele, despite the claim that "every room is a view room". A row of trees blocks 75% of the view, so you just see the very top of Mont Saint Michele.
