The location is excellent! A superb view from my room!! 1)There is no air conditioning in the rooms (although mine was a deluxe). It was very hot and we couldn't open the windows because of the mosquitos. 2) There is no staff to help carrying the luggage, only trolleys.

Situated in the middle of incredibly large roadworks which will take months if not years to cpmplete. The area is overridden by throngs of tourists and the car parking area houses thousands of cars. We would not recommend the area generally.

The location was fabulous. The nearest hotel to The causeway of mont St Michel. There was a very charming Dutch receptionist who was very helpful and when I needed urgent medical attention the hotel assisted me perfectly. The restaurant was a disgrace and possibly the worst I have ever experienced. It was the end of a wonderful 3 week trip in Provence so was especially disappointing. We had to wait 45 mins and as no one had come to the table I approached the waiter to order some wine. Our food order was taken after an hour wait and we waited another hour for it to be served . We would have left except we had been driving for 5 hours and didn't have the energy to explore elsewhere. The restaurant was only half full too. When I complained to the waiter he told me the food was freshly cooked and we had a good view! Need I say more? The hotel was also expensive at 300 euro (no breakfast ) for a prestige room and these were the processes had been aging at reuse and chateau hotels . It was nowhere near this standard. The beds were small and sagged in the middle although the room was a good size with a sofa and lovely terrace with view.

The location is the best only. The value of this Hotel is extremely not worthwhile. Even I paid 190 Euro, I still need to live in a room which is in Ground floor and you cannot see the St Mont Micheal because it is covered by a big tree. Also, the toilet in the room smelt so bad.

The hotel's location is the best of its kind. The view of the Mont Saint Michel is spectacular. The hotel is shabby and neglected. It shows its age. It is very expensive and does not justify its price.

The location is excellent. This is the hotel closest to the Mont Saint-Michel. The view accordingly is excellent. The rooms are comfortable. The hotel uses questioonable means to attract customers for the restaurant. There was a big poster at the entrance of the hotel indicating a menu for 25 €. The infomation that this menu was available only for luch was printed much smaller. The corresponding menu for dinner cost 65 €, completely out of proportion to the quality of the food and the service. A la carte options were poor and similarly overpriced.

The room we stayed was on the 3rd floor, with an excellent view of the Mont Saint Michel in front of the balcony. The room had a big window, or almost a whole glass wall on the MSM-facing side and we could enjoy the various sights in the daylight, sunset, night and morning. Seafood plate at the restaurant was wonderful! When we stayed at the hotel, the road in front of the hotel was under construction and we had some difficulties to find the way to the hotel parking.

Location was exactly what we were looking for. The view from our room and balcony was breathtaking and met out expectations perfectly. No laundry but this was minor compared to the benefits

Excellent location. View of Mont Saint Michel from our room, and from the dining room and terrace. Our room had no air conditioning; it was hot and stuffy and an unpleasant plumbing odor that was almost unbearable. The menu in the dining room is limited and overly expensive.

Our room had a terrace and spectacular view of Mt St Michel. The room was large and well appointed. We had booked for 2 nights and were offerred one night on Mt St Michel in their sister hotel. We took this but this is a much older hotel ( 3 star) and in July and August the Mont is open until 12pm so it was noisy until 1pm . Nothing about the original hotel was unsatisfactoey but I would not go to the hotel on Mont St Michel again as it was very small rooms, very noisy and very busy. Maybe outside the night opening times it would be very atmospheric.

The amazing view at Mont Saint Michel from the balcony is worth staying at the hotel. The room is clean and spacious, the bathroom has all facilities. The breakfast is quite expensive so you can have the same continental breakfast in the nearby restaurants for the third of the price. Mont Saint Michel is in a walking distance (30 min. of slow walking) so you can visit it several times during your stay, leave your car at the parking in front of the hotel. The breakfast was quite expensive.

The location is the best of all of the available options for having an unobstructed view of Mont St. Michel. It just cannot be beat. The room was well-kept, although the furnishing are slightly worn. It could use an update. However, if you're there to enjoy msm- this is the place to stay.

The room was exactly as described. It had a magnificent view of Le Mont Saint Michel. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast tapered off by way of choices after 8.30 am. More effort should have been put into re-stocking breakfast.
