Le Relais Saint Michel

The views to Mont Saint Michele are unparalleled. The superior rooms where we stayed are very big and confortable, however I guess rooms without views would make the experience ordinary.

Too pricy for what it is, but then again it is in a unique location.

The quality of the food in the hotel's restaurant was a little poor.

The location is excellent and the view from the room was top notch. Those are the reasons to stay here.

This hotel is very expensive for the area and all you get for it is the view. The place has the look and feel of a cheap, roadside, motor lodge that you might find at some cheesy local attraction and not something as grand as Mont St-Michel. There is nothing secure about the "secure car park" that they mention.

The view, the location. This is an odd place, as it is not a true full-service hotel. E.g., there was no one to help with luggage. Its architecture is odd, but largely dictated by the local requirement to build no structure that would block the view of Mont Saint Michel, which is indeed one of the great wonders of the world.

More complete service and information would've been a plus.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. View from the room was magical.View from restaurant was also lovely. I'm sure the terrace is wonderful for sunsets when the temperature is right.

Food was very good, but a little high in price. However, all prices at Mont-Saint-Michel were higher than those a bit further from the tourist site.

I enjoyed seeing MSM for a long time.

I hoped there was an elctric teakettle ( tea pot) in my room. Also it was too strong wind to walk to MSM. I wanted to take us there by a car.

The view. Very clean, big room.

Relatively minor points: -no shuttle service to/from hotel to Mont St. Michel -Trees blocking part of the view, if you are unlucky with the room.

Nearby the Mont St. Michel, easy to park your car

The Hotel location and the view from the room was in line with expectations. Room was comfortable.

Service was poor; the room was not ready at 4:30 PM when we arrived, receptionists were not really friendly and the Bar was closed at 10, that is really strange for a 4 stars hotel.
