Well placed near the town with plenty of parking. Large room, bath small and would go for the 'walk in' shower next time. 10 minute walk into town for dinner. |

The staff was very gracious and always available to answer questions. The hotel itself was nice and, of course, Riquewihr is a great place to visit! The hotel was about 1/2 mile from the town center, so a trickier walk with small children, but totally doable for leisurely shopping (and you walk past wine rooms!). We enjoyed the pool at the end of the day and did not partake in breakfast. We had a loft room which was comfortable and air conditioned (wonderful in August!), but the carpet needed to be cleaned. It had a strong smell. This was the only downside. |

Friendly staff and nice swimming pool. Close to city center with walking distance. When we arrived at the hotel before check-in time (around 1:00pm), no staff were in the reception. The hotel location on the map of Booking.com website was wrong and I was confused a little. |

Chambre très spacieuse, très propre. Petit déjeuner très varié et excellent! Pour rentrer le soir, un code vous est donné ainsi que pour l'accès à la piscine, ce qui sécurise l'établissement. Nous avons été un rien déçus par la situation géographique, nous pensions que l'hôtel se trouvait en plein Riquewhir. |

La proximité du village, déplacement à pied. Le calme de l'endroit. Les points donnés pour le gps sont faux!! Ils nous amène dans le village Auburne.. Revoir rapidement ces données! Merci |

Das Frühstüch war gut und das Personal freundlich. Die Sauna war immer ausgeschaltet, d.h. der Wellnessbereich konnte nicht genutzt werden. Es sind keine Ruhezonen vorhanden. Die Duschen im Wellnessbereich sind unbrauchbar, da die Temperatur nicht richtig reguliert werden kann und das Wasser nicht richtig abläuft. Der Teppichboden ist schmuddelig. Im Zimmer fehlt eine Dusche. |

La situation de l'hôtel en dehors de la cité, ainsi que le cadre de l'hôtel nous a enchanté. Le lit "clic-clac" au rez du duplex qui date d'un autre temps est inadapté pour dormir. Nos enfants agés de 5 et 8 ans n'ont quasi pas fermé l'oeil tant le matelas mousse épais de 5 cm était inconfortable. De ce fait les duplex sont conseillé pour 2 personnes, car le couchage de l'étage est parfait. |

Das Hotel ist durchschnittlich, entspricht einem Mittelklasshotel, das Hallenbad ist zu etwas ungünstigen Zeiten geöffnet (Früher am Morgen und später am Abend wäre besser), Das Frühstücksbuffet zum Preis von Euro 12.50 ist ausbaufähig. |

in generale buono, ottimo per la posizione. In effetti si è a 2 passi dal centro di Riquewihr e si possono raggiungere in un attimo, in auto, tutti i vari bellisimi e tipici paesi della Route des vins! |

Die unmittelbare Nähe zum schönen Städtchen Riquewihr. Die Ruhe, welche zum auspannen Ideal ist. Die Teppiche in den Zimmern müssten unbedingt erneuert, oder durch andere Bodenbeläge ausgetauscht werden. |
