Hotel Le Rivage

The rooms are quite small put the position on the river and the food are excellent the staff are most helpfull and not speaking French made no difference to our enjoyment for our stay.

Rooms very basic would not have stayed there if It were possible to find another hotel but it was too late

I liked the excellent food and beautiful, calm situation of the hotel.

The bathrooms are disappointing - very small and dated.

Eating at the riverside restaurant watching a heron, fishermen catching pike was a memorable experience. Food excellent too.

The restaurant - good menu. Staff were pleasant and attentive. Parking excellent.

No lift. The room was small and furniture of poor quality. We were looking forward to returning to your hotel because we have stayed a few times before, but it was disappointing and we resolved that we would not go back, unless we hear that the rooms have been updated.

Attractive looking building in a pleasant setting with lovely views of the river at the back. It had the advantage of being in a countryside setting, yet close to Orléans.

Difficult to find, even with satnav! Being so close to the water, it attracted mosquitoes. The room needed a makeover; the carpet was shabby; the bed was not very comfortable; the shower was poor. They originally allocated a 2nd floor room and there was no lift. One of us had a severe back problem that day and one is awaiting a knee replacement.

Un problème de reservation avec votre centrale de reservation. J'avais initialement reservé un hotel kiriad et ne connaissant pas la région, je n'ai pas vérifié la conformité avec le nom de l'hotel. Heureusement pour moi, un dimanche soir sous une pluie battante je n'ai pas eu une trop mauvaise surprise du prix, ni de la qualité

Belle situation sur les bords magnifiques du Loiret, mais dommage que l'on ne vous propose qu'une chambre donnant sur un vilain parking.

J'aurai souhaité, puisqu'il n'y a pas d'ascenseur que l'on s'occupe de mes bagages tant à l'arrivée qu'au départ. (2 étages!...) Et surtout que les wc soient propres, que le lavabo s'écoule correctement et que les nappes des tables du petit déjeuner soient également propres.

Nous avons apprécié son excellente table, l'accueil du personnel et le calme de l'hôtel.

Un seul étage mais sans ascenseur + du gravier dans le parking : cela donne quelques difficultés avec les bagages munis de roulettes ...
