Hotel Mademoiselle is between Gare du Nord and Gare de l'Est train stations. The hotel has a 24-hour front desk and is decorated in a modern style.

Le Méridien Etoile is across from the Paris Convention Centre and is handy to La Défense. The Champs-Elysées’s famous shops and the Arc de Triomphe are less than a 20-minute walk away.

Robinet d'Or welcomed as very warmly. All the personnel and patrons were extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel is cozy and our suite had tasteful yet functional design. I liked the residential environment, very nice parks, St.Martin's canal is lively on weekends and there are good restaurants nearby. The hotel itself offers superb breakfast and meals.
Proximity to Gare de l'Est and Gare du Nord is a big plus, with a good selection of nearby eating places (star attraction being Les Enfants Perdus) and close to the canal. A lovely room and well-thought-out bathroom with tasteful decoration and a very comfortable bed. Staff mostly very helpful, even sometimes a bit over-enthusiastic!
The wifi system is pretty useless, having to log in regularly and only one device per room at a time -- though we were told this is being upgraded soon. If you say 'free wifi' it really should be unlimited and easy to access. There was a loudish hum for most of the night, probably the boiler; it was thoughtful to supply earplugs, but that intermittent him really needs sorting.
food decoration spacious rooms location
This hotel is a gem. It is extremely comfortable and has many great features, but the best feature is the staff - they are engaging, helpful, happy, and professional. The hotel is in a lovely location - close to a number of metro stations, walking distance to the Eurostar, and to the delightful Canal St Martin.
staff - very helpful
Everyone at the front desk was wonderful and went out of their way to help us with anything. Room was beautiful with beautiful flowers and fruit basket. Perfect setting!
I loved the food at the restaurant but the server was a bit arrogant. We ate there 2 days in a row and when I could not pronounce certain words he repeated them a few times in a very stern/rude way in my face, very close. This was not appreciated. We came back for the food and laughed him off.
Room comfort, size and design, hotel location. Free water.
Damian, the receptionist who received us. Very prompt, friendly and sincere. Excellent customer service. Not forgetting Caroline( hope i git her name right) too. Prompt room service. Check-in and check-out was easy. No fuss. Our suite was superbly prepared for our accomodation. I like everything about it.
Wifi. Only ine device at a time. It would be superb if this can be improved.
Stylish hotel, very good breakfast. Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff.
Little space within the family room, though fairly standard for Paris.
Hotel is beautiful, staff extremely friendly and helpful, great location and very comfortable.
Wifi password cannot connect to more than 1 device at a time per room.
Truly a nice hotel, with well decorated, stylish rooms (classical music when you enter the room, from the iPhone adaptable loudspeaker device) and incredibly courteous and professional personnel. Garage, even though not totally uncomfortably located. The area is agreeable, possibility to have a walk along the canal. Interesting restaurant, with a selected choice of dishes. But, together with the rooms, the true +++ is the unheard-of kindness of the whole personnel: truly surprising and only in a positive way. This very valid group of persons must be selected, hired, trained by someone truly interested in having his hotel remain for a long time in the mind of the customers.
Lack of elevator and on the whole for 150€ in Paris you can find maybe something more central on the same level - still the nice location and the rooms and the personnel are worth the distance, in my opinion.
Great hotel, courteous and helpful staff, great restaurant, comfortable and beautiful rooms. They had a proper cot for my baby.
Lovely helpful staff!!
This was a great choice, I asked for early check in and got welcoming confirmation right after. Pleasant people, cute clean rooms (I had living room, bedroom and bathroom), very French style building. Direct metro line to city center, walking distance to railway station. I definitely recommend the hotel!
The rooms were very clean and cozy. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The restaurant was fantastic- everything was fresh and organic. Would like to have eaten there every night- bar far the best restaurant we ate in. Wasted our money going to other restaurants.
Wifi- only one person in the room could connect at a time. Need to change this so that everyone can connect.
Breakfast. Helpful staff. Hand for metro and trains.
No lift so three flights of stairs to room atcend of the day a slog.
The staff were excellent, friendly, always willing to help and gave helpful tips and advice. The breakfast was amazing!!!
There was no lift, so it made it hard work getting to our 3rd floor room.
Nice big rooms, clean and lovely decor. Staff were excellent, helpful, spoke English and helped with our bags up the 3 flights of stairs. Dinner in the restaurant was also a really good meal.
There is no elevator - while staff carried our bags up 3 flights of stairs, perhaps this is not suitable for many older/disabled travelers.
We had a spacious suite on the first floor (stairs only). Living room with large sleeper couch was great for the children. They had a big TV to watch cartoons. The adults' bedroom had sliding screens for some privacy and quiet, with its own TV. The iPod docking station/radio combination was very useful! The kitchen had an excellent coffee machine and small oven, very hi-tech and stylish. The toiletries supplied, were some of the best we'd seen: liquid soap, massage soap bar and an exfoliating soap bar. Very close to a Metro station, it was easy to travel anywhere in Paris. Will definitely stay there again!
Breakfast had a small selection of cold items. The lone staff member on kitchen/waiter duty had to run to the nearest bakery every time the bread and croissants were finished. We ended up buying our own food from the nearby Franprix and bakery, and eating in our room instead. The bathroom also only had a shower, no tub, so it was tricky to wash the children. Soundproofing wasn't too great: other guests were banging cupboard doors and running water in their bathrooms, and it was disturbing. They only have one Wi-Fi login per room, which was annoying, as we had three devices which needed internet access. The staff were very apologetic, saying that the hotel is trying to convert to a different system with more access for guests.
The suite was beautiful with a modern design. As we had a muggy couple of nights the air conditioning was magical. We loved the iMac and wireless, the French keyboard added a new touch! Food for breakfast was high quality but that for dinner was superb and very reasonable - try the Creme Brûlée unusual but fun (everyone will want one). Very quiet location / suite 3 looks out of internal courtyard, 10 mins from Eurostar and Gare de l'est. Very Highly recommended, I don't post many reviews but these folk deserve a great one: staff very friendly and let us leave bags early.
Slightly quirky door locks. Mentioned to staff and I bet they fix it.
canal location , near to trendy bars
one way road systems tricky
Helpfulness of staff on arrival
So many things. Our room got water damage, 4 of us moved into a single room, then transferred to the holiday inn but encouraged to come back for breakfast every day. We had pre paid and told all would be covered, though even though the holiday inn was €53 cheaper per night, were still charged €59 for our meals.
- The staff were amazingly helpful and thoughtful - the room was a good size and very clean and comfortable - Breakfast was good with a good choice of food - Location was the best Ive stayed in in Paris
I had to leave to go home!!
