Quiet setting reasonably near the town, helpful staff, good breakfast My only objection was the price, but then again I suppose it was festival season |

Very nice service, nice room for the whole family (4 persons) with balcony, nice swimmingpool. Much better breakfast now. Free carpark outside the hotel. Near the park Camargue. The neighbourhood. |

The lady working in the morning 'Cindy' from Holland really made our stay. She was very welcoming and efficeint and gave us lots of local information. Without her, we would have considered our stay at the hotel less than average. |

Hotel in own grounds in quiet part of Arles some 20 minutes walk from centre. Large room with balcony overlooking lawns and swimming pool. Good breakfast at reasonable cost. Distance to restaurants in evening. |

The staff was very polite and tried to be helpful. Didn't like much else. Location was not good. Only place to eat was downtown Arles; too far to walk from the hotel to down town. The town of Arles itself was run down and not very appetizing. Checked out of the hotel after one night. We were penalized in full for second night (even though we told them that we were going to leave after the first night) and also paid them the booking fee for the third night. |

Pleasant room with view onto pool with little patio, although too late in season to use. Lovely garden and plenty of deck chairs, etc.. The hotel was much further out of Arles than the info. would lead you to expect - at least half hour walk at ordinary walking pace - no restaurants in area, so had to drive into town to eat at night. Walls between rooms rather thin - we could hear next door's activities ! |

Nous avons apprécié le calme, le parking privé, la propreté et l'équipement de la chambre, le jardin joliement arboré, le personnel réellement à notre écoute, ainsi que le petit déjeuner fort copieux. Juste un petit bémol concernant le petit déjeuner en chambre, l'impossibilité d'avoir des oeufs broyés à la poele ou en omelette..( Avons tout de même pu avoir des oeufs à la coque ) |

l'accueil du personnel, le calme de la résidence, la piscine. l' éloignement du centre necessite l'utilisation d'une voiture; le classement 3* et les tarifs sont surévalués en regard de la localisation et des batiments. |

In einem ruhigen Quartier unweit der Stadt. Genügend sichere Parkplätze. Schöner Swimming pool. Sauberes Zimmer. Frühstück in einem kleinen Raum. Eher teuer für das Angebot. |

Chambre rez de jardin, agréable pour l'accès piscine. Clim dans le couloir et donc pas direct dans la chambre. Propriétaire très avenant. Très bon petit déjeuner Bruit le matin et famille de sauvages anglais qui nous ont gaché le plaisir de la piscine |
