The Food in the pizzaria was good Diner in the classical restaurant was Cold and no valse for iets money. THE price is to expensive for what you get in place

Efficient reception, exellent accesibility along highway. We always use this hotel on our wintersport trips as intermediate stop before traveling to our final destination in the mountains. Good location to stay one night. Italian restaurant is reasonable. Size of the rooms is above average (for France). Only handheld shower in the bathtube.

Accueil et disponibilité du personnel. Restaurant agréable et de bonne qualité, pizzéria moyenne. Installations vieillissantes qui nécessiteraient un peu plus de maintenance (1 ascenseur hs sur 2, le second état moyen, robinetterie de baignoire à moitié fonctionnelle (mitigeur bloqué en position douche), bouches d'aspiration centralisée fuiteuses dans les couloirs). Jacuzzi inadapté (4 petites places et en mauvais état (1 buse non fonctionnelle, 2 boutons sur 3 ne fonctionnent pas) et de plus rempli d'une eau trop chaude. Sauna également viellissant (seau et cuillère bois cassés) et que nous avons du mettre nous même en route à 17h00.

Cela saute malheureusement aux yeux.Cet hotel créé à l'occasion des jeux de 92 n'a pas vu de rafraichissement intérieur depuis ; moquettes, équipements d'"époque" très dommage compte tenu du prix élevé !

Hôtel pratique, facile d'accès, parking sécurisé gratuit. Idéal pour une nuit étape. Un peu vieillot (le temps s'est arrêté avec les jeux olympiques d'Albertville). Dommage que le sauna était en panne ...

J'ai selectionné cet hôtel par le biais de votre site, où vous mettez en avant des photos d'un hôtel luxueux, hors ma chambre attribuée à mon arrivée était située dans un 2ième corps très vétuste. Le niveau de la chambre correspondait en plus ancien à une chambre dans un étape hôtel. Petite,triste, mur ayant déjà subi un dégât des eaux, moquettes usée etc.... Vraiment déçu par le niveau de la chambre... Sans compter que la brochure mise à disposition lors de l'arrivée ne correspond en rien au niveau de la prestation. Je ne renouvellerais pas mon passage dans cette hôtel. Côté restauration le personnel est plutôt de bon niveau avec une ambiance de qualité. Rapport Qualité Prix décevant.
