The staff were really helpful and friendly. All rooms in hotel were clean, well designed and relaxing. Breakfast fabulous. Location super for shopping, restaurants. Gin and tonic expensive at 14euro! Only complaint. price of g+t! |

The location of the hotel is good. The room set-up is also good. The staff are helpful too. I stayed in Room 404 for one night and it was OK. I also stayed in Room 504 for one night but we could not sleep almost the whole night as the room was very hot even though the air-conditioning was working. |

central location, friendly service, nice breakfast, esthetic furniture the air condition was out of order for 2 days and warm air blew out, we only got 1 breakfast for free as compensation. |

The hotel is in a fantastic location close to shopping, restaurants and Old Town. The staff were lovely, and the rooms - perhaps a little small, but still luxurious. Sumptuously decorated throughout. We got a special rate over Easter (120E per night double room) - so also good value compared to standard rate. |

We liked the decor in the hotel. Also the room (superior) was very comfortable. There was very little hanging space for clothes. |

Charming and lovely decor; luxurious comfortable and beautiful rooms. Great beds with feather light down comforters. Excellent restaurant, helpful pleasant staff. Central location for shopping, restaurants and exploring the downtown area of Lyon. Breakfast very pricey at 22 euros a person. |

Very good location on Place Bellecour, lovely big room with incredible bathroom shower ! My price included breakfast , which was excellent . The restaurant and bar were very nice, good food and drinks, but a bit pricey. Lounge area was very small, and no internet facilities at all , except for ( chargeable ) WiFi They overcharged me by 50 Euros, which I did not notice until I got home ! |

Hotel with traditional feel, comfort, cleanliness and relaxing. Very convenient location in the centre of town, offers fantastic view of Place de Bellecourt and the Notre-Dame basilica. |

The location of the hotel was excellent and only a few minutes walk from a wide selection of restaurants and the old part of the city. The hotel room was very clean and staff were more than willing to help with any questions or requests. The metro is right outside the hotel. |

Our room was on the top floor and corner overlooking big squear, so the room was very nice and te view was excellent. The entrance was little small and the road in frony was underconstraction. |

I was pleased at staying a suite type furnished with incredibly soft and snug beds. Specially the down quilt was really in favour with my old mather. It was a bit regrettable that the room was not equipped with a teapot and a pair of cup & saucer. In the room there was a minibar with only cold drink. |
