The friendly and helpful staff. Make sure you have a sea view. We were staying 5 nights out of season and were offered a free upgrade to sea view. Its well worth it to have a sea view. |

The room was small but clean, bathroom clean and warm. Very close to the start line of the marathon. Reception staff very pleasant. Breakfast was not served early enough. Perhaps for big events such as marathon, you could plan to offer breakfast 2-3 hours before runners leave hotel to start the marathon, just for that one morning. |

Free Internet and WiFi access. Reception desk personnel was competent and very friendly, immediate access to the beach Breakfest selection was relatively poor |

Excellent location of this Hotel. Straight across road from sea and promenade. Easy to walk in to city for shops and Old Town for market and restaurants. No parking for car, however we were able to park at a close by public car park and obtained a reasonable price for 5 days. |

The hotel staff were very nice, helpful, smiling... This is very important for a tourist, I think. They were sincere...I would also like to thank the management for the good work |

location was good for shopping-eating out- near beach-staff at reception were very helpful- bedroom to rear very poor - very basic-bathroom poor-poor lighting.Breakfast not included.not given option of seaview room hotel seemed not to be full. |

Splendid location by the sea and close to city centrum. Airport shuttle bus stop (Gongres) just 50 m. Friendly staff. Rooms a bit worn out. You can easily hear discussion and walking from neighbouring rooms. Luckily not a problem night time since most of hotel guests seemed to be pensionists. |

It has a late check-in time like the rest of the hotels in Nice. I think it could have been less expensive. |

Clean rooms...perfect location right on the beach. Great little laid back hotel bar with big windows and patio out to beach accross the street. |

It's a beautiful Belle Epoque building and it's location is just perfect, right on la promenade des anglais. The staff is very helpful and kind. The price we have paid was a very good and discounted one. The whole of the hotel needs an update and a refreshment! |

Good location Hearing both sides of a telephone conversation in the neighbouring room - cigarette paper is thicker than the walls. Certain faults in the room on arrival that should have been picked up prior to new guests coming in, but which were corrected forthwith. |

Location super, on La Promenade, convenient to everything. The No 98 bus from the airport dropped us outside the hotel which was super. Hotel room and en suite very clean but basic. We got a great nights sleep, beds very comfortable. The staff were lovely and very helpful. Had been warned hotels are very basic unless you go 5 star. For a 3 star it was fine, it's an old hotel but the rooms are kept well and cleaned every day. You can have a sea view for extra. Loved our location and will recommend it. |

Very friendly and helpful hotel staff. Clean rooms, with good air conditioning. Free WiFi. Nice location on the sea front, fantastic view from our 5th floor room. Close to shopping areas and restaurants. Short trip to/from the airport. As some of the other guest reviews suggest.....the rooms would benefit from a fresher look, and a mini bar/fridge in the room, however the location and price makes up for this. |

Convenience to beach and town of Nice. Beds comfortable and noise level acceptable at night. Breakfast good and breakfast room bright and airy. Air conditioning well placed in corridor outside bedroom. Staff friendly. We felt we did not get enough towels in bathroom, and the sheets were not changed until we asked, during a 6 day stay last week. |
