Great location

The room was small but clean, bathroom clean and warm. Very close to the start line of the marathon. Reception staff very pleasant.

Breakfast was not served early enough. Perhaps for big events such as marathon, you could plan to offer breakfast 2-3 hours before runners leave hotel to start the marathon, just for that one morning.

Excellent location of this Hotel. Straight across road from sea and promenade. Easy to walk in to city for shops and Old Town for market and restaurants.

No parking for car, however we were able to park at a close by public car park and obtained a reasonable price for 5 days.

The thing that`we likes most about the hotel was its proximity to the beach as well as the old centre of Nice

Bedrooms need updating, slight odour all the time in bedroom

location was good for shopping-eating out- near beach-staff at reception were very helpful-

bedroom to rear very poor - very basic-bathroom poor-poor lighting.Breakfast not included.not given option of seaview room hotel seemed not to be full.

Splendid location by the sea and close to city centrum. Airport shuttle bus stop (Gongres) just 50 m. Friendly staff.

Rooms a bit worn out. You can easily hear discussion and walking from neighbouring rooms. Luckily not a problem night time since most of hotel guests seemed to be pensionists.

Clean rooms...perfect location right on the beach. Great little laid back hotel bar with big windows and patio out to beach accross the street.

Good location

Hearing both sides of a telephone conversation in the neighbouring room - cigarette paper is thicker than the walls. Certain faults in the room on arrival that should have been picked up prior to new guests coming in, but which were corrected forthwith.
