Friendly staff and excellent location. Good value for what it offered. Breakfast was pretty mediocre, and you had to ask to find your way to the breakfast room. |

Excellent location, very close to the pedestrian area, very modern furnished and kitchen included. The price was also very good. We have enjoyed everything there. The air conditioned was set at 19 degrees and it was not possible to change that. |

Apartments were very clean and very well located within Annecy. Facilities were very good. Would visit again. The shower in the bathroom was not great |

Newly renovated room. Access to a kitchen. Great location, near the train station and the Old Town. Annecy is a beautiful town...very relaxing. Playground nearby was perfect for our one year old son. It would have been nice to have dishwashing liquid to wash the dishes! |

The cleanliness of the hotel was excellent. I also liked that the hotel had been renovated relatively recently giving it a new feel. The central location is an excellent choice offering equally easy access to the railway station, the newer shopping areas, the lake and the old town. It was nice and quiet. The bed was a sofabed (fold out couch). Service at breakfast did not exist and therefore once items had run out, they were not replenished - get to breakfast early! The room also smelled of smoke despite the no smoking signs - this is not the hotel's fault, this is due to the arrogance and lack of respect of the guests - please don't do it, ask for a smoking room or go outside! |

The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly and the rooms were immaculately clean. Perfect location for taking advantage of the centre of the town and lake. I was on a course and it meant that I had great accommodation without having to eat 'out' all the time. |

City centre location, easy to access shops, organised on site parking. Staff extremely helpful, spoke good English. I would prefer two bedrooms rather than 1 bedroom plus a bed settee. |

Apartment was modern well desighned and very comfortable, all accessories required were there. 1 minute from old town 4 minutes from the lake but still quiet, a very freindly family orientated holiday town. |

The location was brilliant. The staff were very helpful. Very nice modern room and very good value. Very little. One small 'niggle' was that we were unsure if the room should be cleaned as it was not done during our one week stay. The room was a bit small but adequate for our needs. |

The location is very good and rooms were quiet (as I had wished for a uqiet room) and clean. It was nice to have 2 rooms for a family of 4 for 100 eur per night. It was nice to have a bath tub, too, and a kitchen even though this time we did not use it. There was no staff during breakfast so first morning almost everything had run out. I had to walk downstairs to find someone. Birds were eating from the tables, as tables in the balcony were not cleaned up. I did not like the way they put on kitchen wall that we have to do the dishes in the room or an extra cost of 20 eur would be charged. In addition, we were supposed to buy the dish power, as they were not in the kitchen (used schampoo though). |

Conveniently placed for all the sights and restaurants of Annecy. Clean and spacious for a family of 4! Would have liked to stay longer. Parking is not easily available and must be reserved! We were lucky and thay did find us a space though. |
