The price was quite fair and staff very friendly.

During our stay the hotel was under construction, but it didn't really affect our stay.

Location (2km off center, right on the train line)

Under construction (we nearly didn't find the place as we stood next to it and only saw a building in the works, the lobby doesn't exist), weird owners (was barefoot when he open the front door, shirtless the second time around!), bad smell (the room reeked off cigarettes!)

the location and the price. The building is very charming.

the real problem here, is that is hard to call it an hotel. No reception, no cleaning service. It is more like an house where some guy allows you to stay.

The hotel is near the tramway, stop Boutonnet.

The Bathroom is too small, without the hairdryer. The TV set is broken, bathroom door doesn't work. Dangerous stairs to access to the rooms, no elevators, just one bedside table for three beds, towels aren't changed every day.

The colours of the walls in the rooms.

Didn't like the rooms, they were way too small, same for the bathroom too small to take a proper shower, and the TV in the room was broken.

Nice staff, close to the University

Arrived on a Sunday, the entire place was locked up with security shutters covering the windows. It looked abandoned. There was a small poorly written sheet of paper with a phone number to call to check in. I missed it, I might have thought it was graffiti there is a lot in the neighborhood. I assumed i had a bad address and walked around for an hour looking for it, before coming back and luckily there was someone there. It did appear there was someone there during the day during the week. But, if you check in on a weekend make sure you have a working phone, I had just gotten to France and mine didn't yet, and don't let the appearance fool you, it's not bad.

The location is a few steps from the tram line that takes you into La Pace de la Comèdie.

The bathroom was so small it was difficult to take a shower. The room for three was also extremely small.
