The hotel felt as though you were in France, in the chain hotels you could be anywhere and do not get the feel of the area in which you are staying We arrived at 12:00, but could not book in until 2pm so we were stuck with our luggage. Fortunately we had hired a car so we had somewere to leave it so it did not affect our trip |

The presentation of this hotel on booking.com doesn't reflect the reality. We're very disappointed. The quotation on the site is 8.1 where not more than 5 could be given. Photos are also completely false. We had a room with the shower in the room beside the bed, alos the toilet in the room seperated by a curtain. Absolutely one of the worst hotels I ever booked by your site. |

Despite being within walking distance of the old town, this hotel is located in an almost silent square so is very peaceful. Excellent for a brief stay - the staff are very friendly and while the facilities are basic they are well maintained and spotlessly clean. There is no lift (this is an small, old building) so if you have problems with stairs this may be an issue. |

The hotel had plenty of character which was a refreshing change from the anonymous plastic chain hotels. It was in an excellent situation- central but quiet. The proprietor was exceptionally friendly and helpful. |

A good, cheap hotel which is well located. Friendly staff and good facilities. An excellent over-nighter for us on our way south. Easy to see the town and have some fun on the way through. Located over the road from an excellent covered market too! They should really put that in their details on booking.com. The only problem with our room was a pretty bad smell from the bathroom! Everything was clean but I think the old drains in these old buildings are not great these days. Didn't bother us too much as we were only in the room to sleep for 1 night but may have said something if we were there longer. |

This hotel has the wifi with the least hassels in France and the manager took great care to ensure that I got connrcted when I arrived. He was very helpful and friendly at all times. |

Perfect hotel in this price-category. They even offer free wifi in the rooms. Very friendly staff! Just a 5 min walk to the center of Clermont. A lot of free parking-space very close during the weekend. In the week you can park a little further in the € 11 a day parking of the SNCF station. |

The price was very fair. The location convenient to all points and several metro stations. Five to ten minutes to very nice shops and restaurants. Hotel was secure and the front desk staff were pleasant and spoke excellent English. Quickly helped me resolve a problem with my TV. The facilities were a bit "tired", carpet worn, bed spreads light and room a bit cool - but that should be expected for a less costly hotel in Paris. Despite this, it was clean. No English stations like CNN or BBC on the Television. Quite acceptable all things considered! |
