We had an odd situation and this was an excellent opportunity to test the staff responsiveness to awkward situations...and the night staff (blond lady) was particularly awesome! I went to this hotel and started contractions in the middle of the night...I Was about to give birth! Warned in the evening by my husband such thing might happen, the lady kindly called the 18 (911) to ask what was the procedure in such case, and took all the phone numbers and directions necessary. She got herself ready for this possible event. At 3 am, as it was clear to me I needed to go to the hospital and while my husband went to get the car, the night staff lady came in my room and proposed all kind of help (keeping an eye on our 2 years old, helping me to dress him up, taking the bagages downstairs,...).The next morning, as I was in full labor at the hospital and it was clear we wouldn't come back, she kindly put all our stuff in our suitcases and put them in a safe place for a later pick up, so we wouldn't have to pay for another day since we didn't vacate the bedroom. Adding to that a very cute design that makes it up for the size of the bedrooms, plus a spotless room...I Don't have enough thumbs up for my short but memorable stay there. Thank you so much Le Saint Pierre des Terreaux! You guys are beyond awesome

I had very pleasant stay in the hotel. Rooms are relatively small but very clean. Very helpful and understandable hotel personal.

Amazing location, spot in the center walking distance to all nice areas around.

Great little hotel. The owner was very friendly, and always available to answer queries and assist. Very helpful, made my stay extremely comfortable. The rooms are clean and modern, and I enjoyed my stay. It is located just around the corner from Bartholdi Fountain at the Place des Terreaux, which has lots of restaurants and shops.

Excellent location in Lyon near Hotel de Ville. Centrally located, with all tourist attractions very close. Best is the value it offers for the money it charges. If you believe in a hotel, as only a place to rest comfortably, my vote goes to Les Saint pierre des Terraux. An added benefit is the courteous & friendly staff. Keep up the good work & excellent service.

Toilet & bath facilities are cramped.

No aircondition, rooms are not well isolated - hence you can hear all your neighbours very well, breakfast only from 7 to 9am

Отель в центре города, расположение отличное, для тех кто на машине - парковки нет, ближайшая парковка в 2 минутах, за ночь заплатила 16,80 евро. В остальном все хорошо, для 2-ки даже очень, чисто, номер большой.

Super accueil, personnel aux petits soins. Efficacité et simplicité. Idéalement placé pour un séjour shopping gastronomie culture.

Revers de l'emplacement privilégié au coeur de Lyon, une accessibilité limitée à des clients plutôt en bonne santé. ( escaliers, acces étroits aux wc et salle de bains)

les chambres sont impeccables tant au niveau equipement que confort et modernité...L'accueil de jour comme de nuit est respectueux, sympa et aidant.

trouver une place de parking a proximité est une galere... le petit dejeuner est moyen;.

ma fille y a séjourné et a été très satisfaite

Une dame a la réception la gérante certainement d'une grande jovialité . Une présentation des chacunes des chambres soignées et avec du goût ! Travaillant dans l'hôtellerie de luxe je n'y ai vu aucuns bémols ! Mis a part la cage d'escalier pour y accéder mais je pense que cela est en phase de rénovation. Rare de voir un hôtelier qui investit autant en cœur de ville en proposant ces tarifs aussi attractifs ! Excellent continuation Douillard j.
