Gray location but probably noisy during high season

Surfer friendly, really nice friendly staff. Great location for walking to the beach with your board especially when parking in Biarritz is an absolute nightmare- sometime impossible. The only downsize is that this hotel is located by a few bars which are very popular. So if you are there to party then it's perfect as you can fall into he hotel but if you want peace and quiet just make sure you ask for a room which is not on the main street and you won't here the noise

Very friendly and helpful staff, good parking for only 12 euro (one week) very close.

Le Saphir is ideally located right in the heart of Biarritz and a stone's throw from Vieu Port beach. It's within easy walking distance of the Cote Des Basques beach and the Grande Plage, as well as the shops, cafes and restaurants. The staff were friendly and helpful and it was easy for us to come and go as we pleased. Our room was clean, comfortable and quiet, despite the central location. We would happily stay at this hotel again.

The only member of staff I met was very friendly. The room was small but had all I needed for a one-night stay and the bed was very comfortable. A couple of short bursts of noise from the street during the night but that's to be expected from a town centre location and the convenience for the town centre and coastal walks more than made up for that.

L'accueil chaleureux, la literie impeccable (même si le sommier fait du bruit!), sa situation géographique. Les horodateurs très proches et non payant d'octobre à mai.

Le bruit du bar d'en face, encore qu'en octobre avec les fenêtres fermées ça va. Je pense qu'il vaut mieux y aller hors saison.

Suite a un retard dans travaux de mon appart. j ai du me loger a l'hotel. tarifs super attractifs. hotel tres bien situe. personnel a l`accueil tres sympathique qui m a fait beneficier spontanement d un surclassement. a recommander. Proche de tout.

amabilité de la réception. propreté de l'établissement.

Les étages à pied. Il faisait froid dans la chambre. réception fermée après 20h.

Super Lage und Parkplätze sind auch in der Nähe zu finden.

Doppelzimmer ohne Balkon sind sehr klein, auf Frühstück kann man verzichten - ist es nicht wert.

Lage fast am Strand und im Zentrum, sauber, unabhängig, netter Patio und Frühstücksraum

Dass in der Beschreibung nicht angeführt war, dass es keinen Lift gibt. Wir, nicht mehr ganz jung, mussten unser Gepäck (für 1 1/2 wöchige Rundreise) in den 3. Stock schleppen. WiFi funktionierte in unserem Zimmer im 3. Stock auch nicht. Entweder am Gang oder im Aufenthaltsraum im Erdgeschioss - beides nicht optimal.

Situation géographique, accueil très agréable, hôtel très propre, chambre spacieuse, salle de bain neuve, double vitrage, décor.

L'excellente situation géographique : tout près de la plage du port vieux et en plein centre ville. Comme le svitress ont équipées d'épais double vitrages, même le schambres sur rue sont épargnées par le bruit de la ville. Après avoir un peu râlé, le personnel s'est montré finalement arrangeant pour garder nos bagages et nous permettre d'avoir la réservation plus tôt que prévu.

Lorsque nous sommes arrivés, la personne en charge de l'établissement était à l'étage et n'a pas entendu sonner ni la porte ni le téléphone. Nous sommes restés un moment devant la porte fermée.

La disponibilité du personnel, la position géographique, la propreté.

Les trois étages à monter sans ascenseur, la toute petite salle de bain, un sifllement nocturne du robinet de la salle de bain.

La ubicación y el personal del hotel. En general para ir a dormir y salir y estar al lado del casco antiguo esta bien.

Hay que saber que no hay ascensor y que el baño es minúsculo. Además hay moqueta en la habitación, aunque eso es habitual en los hoteles de Francia. Si vas en coche aparcar es difícil aunque hay una plaza al lado pero es de pago de monedas. El wifi no funcionó.

La ubicación del hotel es inmejorable, al lado del puerto viejo, y cerca de muchos sitios para comer y comprar. La atención en el hotel no es tan buena como en otros sitios, pero es correcta. La habitación era amplia, aunque éramos 3, y la cama doble estaba muy bien, pero la cama supletoria era regular.

El principal problema es que está tan en el centro, que el acceso en el coche es un poco complicado, y el aparcamiento también. Lo peor es que la hora de llegada para el check in son las 8 de la tarde, y si llegas más tarde, no te atienden, o al menos eso nos dijeron cuando nos llamaron el día de nuestra llegada por la mañana para confirmar.

Sijainti vanhassa satamassa ihan biitsien tuntumassa. Rauhallinen, melu kadulta ei kuulunut sisäpihan puolen huoneeseen.

Ikkunoissa kököt sälekaihtimet, ankeutti huoneen tunnelmaa. Wifi ei toiminut ylimmän kerroksen huoneissa, piti mennä alempiin kerroksiin.

Freundliches Personal und das kleine Frühstück im Garten heben die Stimmung

Zimmer zur Straße sind sehr laut da direkt gegenüber eine Bar bis 2 Uhr geöffnet hat.
