The over all excellency of the hotel. The location, the friendly, helpful staff, the very comfortable room, quiet as well, no noise from the corridor nor from next door rooms, the excellent breakfast. All staff memebers cared for the guests. |

The bedroom was comfortable; it was possible to sleep with the window open but with light curtains for privacy. The breakfast was superb. |

Good sized, clean, well - appointed room. Lovely breakfast outside on the sunny terrace. Location within a short stroll of all the shops and restaurants of the lovely old preserved small town of Riquewihr No negatives come to mind |

The hotel is perfect as a base to explore the beautiful medieval towns and villages along the Alsace wine route. The room we booked via Booking .com was good but we extended our stay by 2 nights and the only room available was on the ground floor. This room was small but badly effected by thin walls and the noise from other guests and their plumbing!! |

Location is very good, close to the town of Riquewihr. Good free wifi. Nice room, wonderful atmosphere. Staff is very kind, no problems at all. |

I l iked the fact that the hotel was really close to the old town of Riquewihr. In my opinion €15.00 was too much for the breakfast. The buffet was not very imaginative. |

Cleanliness, comfort, great location, swimming pool, hospitality tray (especially as this didn't seem the norm. in Germany where we had just come from). However we didn't have breakfast as we thought it too expensive at £13 for the one bread roll and cheese we would have eaten. Price of breakfast as mentioned above. |

Reasonable hotel suitable for breaking a journey or for business; very handy for visiting Riquewihr and just tucked away from the hordes of tourists in summer. Hideous and very unsympathetic architecture looks like an institutional building. |
