It was clean, the staff were friendly enough, the balconies are a nice touch (although they don't have any view). Parking was easy. Breakfast was worth the €12 if you were hungry.

Rooms were very small, even by European standards, and rather faded. Shower weak with variable temperature - unacceptable for a three-star in 2011. We booked here having previously stayed in a pension at half the price inside the old village, hoping for a bit more comfort, but didn't really get it - the room was smaller, the bathroom no better, and the atmosphere a whole lot less, well, atmospheric! Would stay here again if there were no other options, but would look around for somewhere better first.

Helpfull staff, best ratio price to quality, cleanness, spacious rooms, very comfortable beds.

Location was perfect and the room was beautiful. It was less then a 5 minute walk to the town center and there was a nice walk through the vineyards adjacent to the hotel. We paid extra for the suite in order to have a separate room for our 9 month old. It worked out wonderfully and they even provided a baby tub for our daughter. Just a tip, most restaurants wanted you to have a reservation to be served which was a surprise to us. We had to walk into several restaurants before we found one that we could eat at.

Charged extra for breakfast and was an additional 3 Euro if you wanted eggs any way except hard/soft boiled. Otherwise, breakfast was good.

Not in the centre of picturesque medieval village of Riquewihr,and does not have the character of the hotels within the village centre, but, it is less than a 2min walk to the 'gates', with easy access (very useful given the popularity of the village), free parking directly outside and has more comfortable/spacious rooms. Rooms facing the front have a better views of the vineyards/town than those at the back of the hotel. Good buffet Breakfast, but as with nearly all hotels in France it is extra -in this case 12.50Euros

I was very impressed with the quality level of the property. It is a very short walk to the town center and my room was excellent. One of the largest rooms I had on this trip. Breakfast was decent, but my biggest reason for staying here is the staff.

Excellent location in one of France's prettiest villages. Good parking facilities, with easy access just outside the town gate. Very clean, quiet and friendly. Excellent breakfast.
