Excellent staff. Friendly. Good position to visit Alsac. Facilities and room clean. Very good breakfast.

Cold weather in May! But the hotel was warm.

Position of hotel to town of Riquewihr. Surrounding countryside very suitable for walks.

Up-hill approach to garage and the downhill angle into the garage resulted in damage to the underneath of my sports car.

Set just outside the walls of Riquewihr in the mist of vineyards it is convenient for the town and restaurants or for walking. It provides the best buffet breakfast we have ever had. Staff friendly, helpful and spoke excellent English. Ample parking onsite.

The hotel is now part of the Best Western group and the décor could do with updating - it could be anywhere in the world.

We booked a comfort room. This was a perfect room for a reasonable price. The breakfast buffet was perfect. The hotel is located just on a short walking distance of one of the most beautifull old villages of the Elzas

A good hotel, without being remarkable in any way. It was clean, and the staff was nice, friendly and very helpful. Our French isn't the best, but they were happy to make a few phone calls to help us find some information that we needed, and they also helped us store some wine that we bought until we left.

No restaurant in the hotel, although they offered a good enough continental breakfast buffet. The coffee in the bar was very bad.

Location, friendliness, value.

The location was very good, within minutes of the centre of Riquewihr. We had a room at the back facing the vineyards which was very quiet. The breakfast was excellant, lots of choice and always well replenished.

It was very clean, the staff was very curtious and helpful, it was located in the middle of one of the prettiest towns on the wine trail, you could walk from the hotel to everything in the village, central location to other villages

Parking a 9 person van was difficult.

The 'double bed' was a little uncomfortable as it was two small single beds made up separately and pushed together.

The pillows were hard and uncomfortable. Whilst there was a restuarant next door and there were plenty to choose from in Riquewihr, it still would have been nice if the hotel did evening meals.

The location of the hotel right outside the city walls was great. Get a superior room as we needed the air conditioning available only in those rooms. Also we had a lovely view out to the vineyards. This is a delightful village and the hotel is also.

Unfortunately the wifi didn't work in our side of the hotel. They are trying to solve the problem. Used my iPad in the lobby and bar area.

The suite was great with loads of room to spread out. Breakfast was up to the usual Best Western standard; plentiful and lots of choice. proximity to old town and restaurants. Tea & coffee in room and air-conditioned.

Bathroom mirror poorly lit for shaving. Outdoor swimming pool not as close to the hotel as the pictures suggest. Wonder if the rooms would be the same price if the hotel was not situated so close to the old town; as even by BW standards it was pricey.

Great location adjacent to historic village of Riquewihr, but not within walls of village which could be a bit over-run with visitors; quite accessible from motorway and Colmar. Clean and spacious room with good bathroom. Swimming pool a good size.

Nothing to dislike; but if the breakfast was included in the overall price rather than an extra, it would make the hotel good value for money.

Excellent location, 3 minute walk to the pedestrian zone. The hotel is clean and comfortable, good views as well. Tasty European breakfast as well.

Great location next to the vignards and In walking distance of Riquewehr's old city center

The hotel was in an ideal setting and the room was well equipped. Breakfast was excellent with a good variety and continually replenished. There was ample parking and the pool was well used with plenty of loungers. The restaurant next door was closed for one of the two days we were there but Riquewihr was only a stroll away. The member of staff on the bar was friendly.

Staff on reception were curt and not helpful which is very unusual for french hotels.

This is a very well thought out hotel. From the in room tea service to the bathroom design and bed linens it is comfortable and enjoyable. I highly recommend it as a great place to stay and see the Alsace.

Breakfast as part of the room price would have made it perfect.
