Close to the ski slopes and supermarket Very small apartment, even for two people impossible for 4. At night very noisy because is close to the station elevator Few kitchen apparell and tv use is not included in the room price!!!

Perfecte ligging aan skipiste in Val Thorens Klein apartement voor 5 personen. 3 slaapplaatsen op vide, waar het te warm is om goed te kunnen slapen.

Val thorens is een topbestemming wat betreft skivakantie, le Silveralp is een wat verouderde acco, maar eigenlijk is alles behalve schoonmaakspullen wel aanwezig. Wel zelf handdoeken en theedoek meenemen. Ben van mening dat deze kamer voor 2/3 pers. goed te doen is, maar 5 pers. is toch echt te veel !! Leuke acco voor jongeren met een kleiner budget.. Slechts 1 lift in acco beschikbaar dus af en toe wat lange wachttijden.. Maar sportieve mensen kunnen uiteraard gewoon de trap nemen! De receptie is slechts op 2 dagen aanwezig en je moet op de dag van vetrek om 09.00 al uitchecken (maar dit is bij meer acco's zo)

“The fact that we could check in upon arrival (earlier than guaranteed beforehand) was nice. Staff speak proficient English, and at least try to. They (and all procedures) did a good job at making you feel that your experience as a guest is central, and not the staff's comfort and / or hotel's profit. This is unlike most accommodations in (mainly French) ski-resorts that I've experienced. I've overheard other guests talking about being positively surprised (as well). The room was well-maintained, clean and properly stocked (in terms of available pots, pans, plates, utensils, linens). Other things necessary for a short stay were provided for as well (ie. garbage bags, dishwasher detergent, cleaning cloth). The information regarding the whereabouts of the facilities, entry codes to these facilities (parking garage, ski-lockers) was clear and provided without having to ask for it.
