Excellent service, great rooms

Extremely friendly and caring staff, greatly and cosy equipped room (we had a suite with nespresso machine, electric kettle, iron and ironing board, full wifi access on unlimited quantity of devices), quiet location with a 5 min walk to 2 subway stations and a lot of nice restaurants nearby.

The receptionists were extremely helpful and the room we were given was spacious and nice.Bathroom was lovely too and mattress was fantastic.

They have a very small number of English speaking tv chanels and it was very annoying as we could not watch a movie. The wifi was working on ipads but had problems with i phones They need to work on their breakfast buffet

Rooms were nicely decorated ja rather spacious and silent. Especially bathrooms were nice. Staff was really helpfull and friendly and made restaurant bookings and gave recommendations.Locasion is nice on the side alley - good restaurants nearby and also Luxemburg park. Metro station close as well.

The location is fantastic: it's near 3 metro stops, one of which is served by 3 lines (Montparnasse-Bienvenue, direct to Arc de Triomphe, Eiffel Tower, etc.). The staff were great, the room was well-appointed and comfortable -- indeed, some of the little details (e.g; flexi-reading lamps next to the bed) were much appreciated. Room service was also quick and tasty.

It is a bit costly.

The staff was suiperior, friendly and outgoing. Helpful with every detail. Location was quiet and safe.

A little ways away from the major sightseeing areas, but close enough to walk to for the most part.

Room was deluxe - could have been bigger. The hotel is expensive, but it is in a good location in Paris.

The hotel was perfect. Beautifully designed, immaculately clean. The staff were all just delightful. There was not a single thing I could think of to make it better. We absolutely loved our stay there.

Rooms where spacious and very nicely designed. Staff where excellent, advised us on many aspects of our trip. Bathrooms where so spacious Hotel tucked away so very quiet but within walking distance to latin quarter.

The staff were polite,patient,helpful, and knowledgeable. The room was clean and quiet and great for recharging your batteries after a day on the go in Paris. The location was tucked nicely on a convenient side street with minimal traffic, but very convenient -within minimal walking distance to shoppping, cafes, train or bus stops.We had great meals at the two places suggested by the staff and were given Google maps with directions to get there. All in all we were made to feel quite comfortable .

I did not like having to leave so soon!

We liked the friendly staff and the privacy that was given to us! The service was also good and the room extremely clean!

Rooms very comfortable (though very small) and location decent.

Cleaning of rooms seemed a bit hit and miss - coffee/tea not replaced and kettle not put back in the cupboard.

Fabulous atmosphere in great location and friendly staff.

Staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming and helpful - in sorting out sirport check-in to restaurant reservations. Special tea with cakes outstanding.
