Hotel was 5mins walk from Troyes station, receptionist spoke very good English and was very helpful. The room was clean and tidy with a shared toilet and shower just outside

Sa situation La chambre non fumeur sentait le tabac. Le lit d'appoint n'avait pas d'oreiller. Malgrés plusieurs demandes, l'heure du petit déjeuner n'a pas été avancée. Le mécanisme de fermeture de fenêtre était défaillant.

La propreté , le calme, la proximité immédiate du centre ville et de la gare. J'aurais apprécié avoir une seconde petite plaquette de beurre au petit déjeuner. C'est la seule (petite) chose que je note. Tout le reste correspondait à mes attentes.

La situation géographique, proche du centre vile. Le prix abordable Le cadre est vraiment vétuste. Les chambres sont petites et le confort minimum. Une seule personne pour gérer les clients et semblait un peu dépassée.

On est reçu avec le sourire Extrêmement déçue, je n'ai à aucun moment pu lire qu'il n'y aurait ni wc ni douche dans la chambre. En plus celle-ci sentait le tabac froid, c'est vraiment désagréable surtout lorsque l'on fait de l'asthme.

1 seul croissant congelé et petit café coupé a l'eau pour 6 €, du vol ! toilettes hs, lampe de chevet cassé, lit réhaussé avec des planche car cassé ! aucune pression dans la douche ! et en hiver le chauffage arrive juste, quoique, a compenser la temperature glaciale exterieure !! à éviter, 5 € de plus, prendre l'hotel de la gare a 100 m !

rien sauf la situation geographique les sanitaires etaient plus que mediocres : moisissure, porte en accordeon,!!!!! mitigeur qui date de ??????????? et cassé pas de debit d eau ni d eau tres chaude petit dejeuner moyen attente ++ personnel moyen par sa tenue vestimentaire et son insertion aux conversations personnelles et aux commentaires sur nos achats!!!
