Hotel was 5mins walk from Troyes station, receptionist spoke very good English and was very helpful. The room was clean and tidy with a shared toilet and shower just outside

Excellent location next to Troyes station, which is about 1h35 from Paris; friendly desk woman spontaneously recommended good restaurants in historic center; clean, well-maintained common areas, shared toilet and room; wlan actually works (often it doesn't at inexpensive hotels in Europe). Coming from eastern France, I found it an economic way to get within striking distance of Paris, where I had a meeting the next day. Crank to open rolling window shutter broken, so I couldn't look outside, but I was only there to sleep; sink area in room had some hairs.

Cost and location in Troyes - walking distance to train station and old town. For the price, if you are looking for an inexpensive, no frills place to stay, this is fine. My room did not have a shower or toilet in the room - it was out in the hall. I knew this going in, so I can't blame the hotel. Just was more annoying than I thought it would be.

The hotel is located at an excellent spot right next to the station and near the city centrum. The prices are cheap and the hotel provides good value for the money. Out of the three members of staff I encountered during my stay, only one spoke English. The bed was somewhat hard to my taste.

J'ai apprécié particulièrement la qualité de l'accueil, la disponibilité et la gentillesse du personnel qui d'autre part fait preuve d'une grande professionnalité, n'hésitant pas à valoriser les atouts touristiques et culturels de la ville et de ses alentours.

sa situation par rapport à la gare il donne sur un rond point, bruit de circulation malgré le double vitrage et un accueil laborieux ! sonnette en bas, personnel dans les étages et qui vous demande dès l'arrivée l'heure à laquelle vous prendrez votre petit déjeuner le lendemain.Sur un week-end cela ne laisse pas beaucoup de place à l'imprévu !

Sa situation, à quelques minutes à pied du centre de la vieille ville. Sa vétusté, les toilettes situées dans une sorte de petit placard dans la chambre à 1 m du lit, la fermeture se faisant grâce à un rideau rigide...pas très intime comme endroit !!

Le personnel de l'établissement est accueillant et très sympathique. L'hôtel est très bien situé à l'entrée de la vieille ville. Un parking situé en face de l'hôtel permet de stationner son véhicule sans soucis. L'hôtel est assez vétuste. Le système de plomberie est certainement à revoir. L'eau de la douche s'écoule lentement et sans pression, et les toilettes mettent 20 minutes pour se réemplir.

L'acceuil,la simplicité des démarches et son positionnement en ville,idéal pour un court séjour.J'ajoute un petit déjeuner copieux,les renseignements donnés pour visiter le quartier.Le tarif est d'un bon rapport qualité-prix. Le manque d'une douche dans le cabinet de toilette et les bruits de voisinage(isolation phonique!)

la chambre était propre l'apparence extérieure de l'hotel n'est pas très engageante...1 seule grande serviette de bain pour 3 adultes ! petit déjeuner à partir de 8 heures... c'est un peu tard ! on entend énormément la TV de la chambre voisine.
