Meget sterile værelser. Der var ikke shampoo og sæbe på badeværelset Ringe morgenmad.

Location ideal fo exploring the old town centre and for the automobile museum. Free secure parking. Room large and recently refurbished. Good wifi @ €2 per day. Others have commented on price of breakfast for what you get. Yes, you can buy cheaper but we had a choice of 3 breakfast cereals, fruit juice, coffee, hot chocolate or tea, fresh locally baked baguette, ditto croissant, both excellent. Choice of 4 or 5 jams and marmalade. Anything you don't see... just ask, very helpful and pleasant. Staff respond well if treated with respect

It is old and obviously had grand days many years ago but the outside and public areas are tired and tatty which gives bad initial impression. Many parts of the building have damp and water problems but the room was fine. Apparently street facing rooms can be quite noisy at night but we were at rear overlooking the back (where cars are parked) which was quiet but very gloomy looking out into dark derilict area of property

everything. the old guy at the reception was a cheat.i had made on line reservation for a double room with single occupancy and he started juggling around with me and started showing me different kind of rooms apparently to charge me more which he did. ultimately i checked out after staying for just two days and got a much better and beautiful hotel for the same price i was paying them. breakfast comprised of just bread and dry croissants and costed 7.5 euros.i would never stay at this hotel again even for free.

Much better than it looked from the outside and while the lobby was a bit shabby, the rooms were huge, clean and very bright. The location is on the edge of the old town but a bit far from the train station. Still, it was okay for us to walk there with our suitcases. Not all staff spoke English but were still helpful. Mulhouse is now quite a poor area and it is very ethnically mixed (our French friends warned us about going there!)but it has some beautiful buildings and is a very interesting place to walk around for a few hours. We only had a short stay, we used it as a base for the Euro Airport, called Mulhouse-Basle by the airlines. I don't know why, it is a long way from Mulhouse! Still, with the 4.46am train, we were able to easily make our 7.20am flight.

Staff smoking outside - so common in France! It is a long walk or a tram ride from the train station.

Location and access are both easy. 1 block from old town.

Water damaged walls need fixing thought the hotel. Slight musty smell. Old tv.

It's located in the middle of the centre of Mulhouse.

The place was extremely dirty. There was black coloured fungus in the shower, there were ants in the bedroom (we had a family room) and the worst of all: bedbugs!

There is good value for money but too old facilities.

It is very close to the heart of the city. All the rest is quite tolerable, no problem.

It should be mentioned that the stuff used to lock the door of the hotel about 2 am while there is no ring; so during the night it is almost impossible to enter or leave.

The great location in the middle of Mulhouse.

Breakfast was expensive for what you were given.

Very well located, you can easily walk to the old town. There's a big bath tub. The anti noise windows really block the outside noise of the trams that pass right in front. The parking is large and free. The internet access is fast. Paid but cheap. The owner works there during night times and is very friendlyii and speaks good English.

The bathroom has no hangings for towels. There's no curtain in the bathtub, and its very hard to drain it. There's only one chair in the double room.

The hotel was clean and good value for money. We are a family of 5 and were allowed to have our youngest child, aged 4 share a bed with my husband and I allowing us to book a quadruple room instead of 2 rooms, which was great. We only booked 1 night as we were using the hotel as a stop off before travelling on further to Rhone Alps. For this purpose the hotel was great.

No tea and coffee making facilities in the room and it was quite noisy at night with window open due to the trams and Friday night life. However, can't really fault the hotel about the location.

The hotel was clean and served it's purpose for an overnight stay on our journey back to the uk. Also secure parking which I would say in that area is a must.

The location of the hotel was in the middle of the city and to be honest it was quite frightening in the evening lots of beggars around and groups of men just hanging around and definately not a place I would take children.

Chose this hotel as it was close to the Cite de Automobile. It was good value, secure parking and well positioned for the collection and the town.

This hotel is very close to town centre a few minutes walk, it has secure parking at the back, rooms were very clean and the staff very helpful. We only stayed one night on way back from Italy, I would certainly stay again. Very good value for money. Would go back

Hard to find when arriving by car. Entrance to parking from the tram tracks which does not feel ok to drive on. Man in reception did not speak any English.

Very simple brakfast for 7,5 euro!!! (Just a bagette, jam and coffee) Extremly overpriced.

It was a convenient location on a road trip from london to italy. The price was fair and the staff were friendly enough. And there was free parking.

The location in the city was tricky to get to first time. and the second time was nearly impossible due to road works
