Brit Hotel Le Surcouf (苏科夫布里特酒店)    

The position was excellent as it was within a 30 min walk to the city wall along a very nice coastal walk. Bedrooms were very good too.

The staff was very friendly, rooms well furnished, beds exceptionaly comfortable, breakfest better than in most French hotels.

The wi-fi internet was a bit slow and not powerful enough.

Very clean rooms with the interesting design! The breakfast was very good (not the simple french breakfast with a croissant). The stuff is unreally polite and funny! Helped us to find everything we need in the city and close area. Internet works everywhere with a strong connection.

Location. little bit far away from the centre od St.Malo.

Friendly and very helpful proprietors. Excellent breakfast. Very near lots of good restaurants. Parking was not a problem despite the hotel not having its own car park.

Our room was overlooking a junction with traffic lights and therefore was noisy but this was not a bog problem.

TV was set so low on volumn that it was not possible to hear and was not adjustable up only down.

The welcome from the owners, they are very friendly and serve a lovely breakfast.

Shower is small to get in if you are a large person or heavily pregnant...

Warm welcome and very efficient service. Hotel was ideally situated for my needs. Staff went out of their way to accommodate my request to access the room as soon as possible after arrival in Saint Malo. Decor attractive.

Shower head wouldn't stay up on its own. Hand rail in shower was loose.

We spent four days and three nights in St. Malo on a vacation trip. The room was comfortable and reasonable and the staff was quite friendly and helpful with answer all sorts of questions about how to get to specific places and the best route. The hotel is within an hour's drive of Mt. Saint Michael and an easy walk to downtown St. Malo if you so desire or a quick bus ride to city center. We used the bus and walked because there is not parking at the hotel and we did not want to lose our parking space close to the hotel. It is actually more fun for us to use local transportation for these local trips that the car. The petite dejuner was typical of the French breakfast and was more than satisfying. We very much enjoyed the interplay with the staff as we were going through our stuyd of the French language (we were taking a French 101 class at the time of our trip). All in all a good place to stay off the beaten track but close to all the action in St. Malo.

The hotel was very clean and well maintained. The breakfast was well presented, fresh, and served in a pleasant breakfast area where the service was swift and efficient. The staff were very friendly and helpful even though we did not speak french which all made for a very enjoyable stay. We would certainly use this hotel again.

Very helpfull staff with a friendly atmosphere. Although a 20 minute walk to the Citadel it is very pleasant along the sea front. Taxi's are very expensive in St Malo so try and use the bus, but the staff at the hotel will advise you. I would use this hotel again.

Due to peak season, the price we paid was a little on the overpriced for what you get in terms of room quality and comfort. Personally I do not like carpeted floor.

Nice friendly staff and very helpful with directions and future travelling plans. Recommended very good restaurant nearby which was nice of them. Rooms are very clean with good facilities and we were impressed. Parking could, at times, be a little bit of a problem but we did not really have any difficulty in finding a space. Even though we arrived on a Friday evening. Strongly recommended if you want a small hotel at a convenient distance from the centre of St Malo which, incidentally, is very much worth visiting.
