The hotel is run by owner occupies...it shows....they were very helpful and created a very good atmosphere in the hotel. I liked this place a lot.

It was in the centre of town, nice building, friendly, helpful staff

When room was booked, it was described as having a view of the church square, but it was a courtyard view room. It was also quite small and we also thought it expensive

Cost of breakfast

Location is excellent - in centre of roscoff, with rooms facing the sea (if you choose a sea facing one). Built in a stone building with a turret. Nice breakfasts, and wonderful location. Parking outside the hotel is free for an hour and a half, but all day free parking is available within 5 mins walk.

No restaurant for evening meals in the hotel but there are plenty of restuarants within 5 mins walk in the main town.

The room had a lovely view of the sea. It is very clean and the plumbing is completely modern.

The hotel is way over priced and breakfast is not even included. The room was small, especially for the price charged. The bathroom is not closed off from the room and can be seen by anyone from the next door hotel who puts their head out of the window. The toilet in the room is in a tiny cupboard.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. the room was perfectly clean with a modern design. It was located centrally for the town and only 5 minutes drive from the ferry port. The building was a beautiful old town house with real character.

Fantastic view of the sea!

Poor ambience - no reception area to speak of and no other facilities at the hotel.

Only there one night, but it is in a good position, near town centre and beaches. It is friendly and relaxed.

I did not think it had many facilities, the room decoration was a bit too "minimalist", and I thought the price, without breakfast, was too high.

A beautiful hotel, in a beautiful setting. It sits between two large 'chain' hotels. But doesn't compete, and so gives a lovely relaxed environment.

Lovely welcome from friendly english speaking staff who were helpful. Beautiful clean room. Really nice hotel. I am looking forward to re-booking very soon. Absolutely faultless.

Central location and reasonably comfortable after a ferry crossing.

1. No parking. 2. No restaurant facility other than breakfast. 3. The contemporary furniture used in the breakfast room was not comfortable (seats too low).

Great location right on the water! Friendly and helpful staff.

No restaurant was disappointing, but plenty a short distance just on the street.

Tout, de l'accueil chaleureux, aux attentions tout au long du séjour, en passant par ces petits détails qui font qu'on a envie de revenir.

4 étoiles c'est très exagéré ! Il est largement temps de repeindre les chambres. Mobilier froid et en mauvais état. Une chambre de 25 mètres carrés sans fauteuil ou canapé pour lire ou faire une pose dans la journée ! Les tables du petit déjeuner ne sont pas débarassées au fur et à mesure, donc quand on arrive à 10 h, C.est la berrezina , dommage, car le petit déjeuné est bon, le pain délicieux.

Le calme, l'accueil charmant, le petit déjeuner. Nous avions une chambre classique de grande taille et au décor contemporain le tout très bien équipé. Nous y avons passé un très agréable moment.
