The receptionist was pleasant. We needed a secure place to store bicycles and this was catered for without problem. Close enough to town to walk and eat. The hotel is right on a main thoroughfare. Traffic runs throughout the night so rooms at the front do suffer with substantial noise intrusion from trucks and fast/loud scooters which sound like they are driving through the room. I got little sleep as a result. Breakfast was poor, consisting of bread, jam, coffee and next to nothing else.

- La patron est très sympa, très accueillant, disponible. - Literie et draps de très bonnes qualités, le plus important pour un hotel - Propre - Nous étions dans une chambre de la façade, mais très bien insonorisée, et je suis pourtant sensible au bruit - Jus d'orange pressé frais au petit déjeuner - Chambre 4 personnes assez simple, mais la chambre de mes parents était rénovée et était très sympa.

La bonne présentation de la chambre refaite récemment. La propreté irréprochable des draps et des serviettes de toilette. 9 € le petit-déjeuner me semble cher mais je reconnais ne pas savoir ce qui est proposé pour ce prix.

Tout le service hôtellerie est parfait: confort, wi-fi, télévision, par contre la restauration est horriblement chère pour ce genre d'hôtel Prix de la restauration à mentionner sur vos fiches!!!

The beds are not qualified enough to be comfortable , we didnot sleep well for whole our 4 days stay. Theses beds seem being used more than 15 years. ' Do these beds meet the hotels general norme '?

Very close to the lake and surrounding beautiful area There are three hotels close together in Amphion Les Bains. This one is probably the worst value for money - probably telling in that it was the last to fully book by a couple of months! If you can, try and book at Hotel de la Plage or Hotel l'Amiral. Very standard room, you pay the price for the location not the hotel.
