The hotel is beautifully situated, in the midst of fields and vineyards. We stayed in a family room and there were a couple of ruined mountaintop castles visible from our window. The building was also very pretty, with a lovely lounge and restaurant. The room itself was large and airy. We did not have breakfast at the restaurant - just desserts in the evening, which were great. The corridor was dark and not very inviting. The credit card machines did not work while we were checking out - fortunately, we had enough cash on us. |

The staff are very helpful and friendly. The waiter, Luis, from Mexico, is certainly most helpful. He translated the menu and explained in details. That's excellent as we do not understand French. More lights in the corridor. Price of foods are a bit too high though the foods were good. |

Schönes Ambiente durch die Lage in den Weinbergen, stilvolle Zimmer und sehr gutes Essen im Restaurant, schöner Spielplatz für Kinder Dass die Bar offiziell nur bis 22 Uhr (inoffiziell war bis kurz vor 23 Uhr offen) geöffnet hat ist sehr schade, man kann sich abends dann nirgendwo mehr aufhalten außer auf dem Zimmer, das ist sehr ungünstig, wenn man kleine Kinder hat. |

Geen enkel positieve ervaring. Staat gecattalogeerd met vermelding Guide Michelin 2009 (sticker op de toegangsdeur) echter het hotel beantwoord aan geen kanten aan dit zo gezegde label! Op het ogenblik van ons verblijf was er een trouwfeest met alle gevolgen van dien. Nachtlawaai, te kort aan personeel voor de gewone hotelgasten - tijdens de avondmaaltijd in het hotelrestaurant een stuntelige bediening van dienster die vermoedelijk nog moest bekomen van haar eigen vakantie. Tijdens het ontbijt stelden wij volgende zaken vast: de ontbijtzaal (restaurant) nog niet gereinigd van de vorige avond (etensresten op de grond, vuil en vies, broodmandjes met oud brood van de avond ervoor nogsteeds aanwezig. Inkomhall en receptie één ruïne met overal restanten van de feestbedoening. Als men niet wil investeren in voldoende, gemotiveerd personeel zou men beter de keet sluiten. |

Endroit tranquille à la campagne tout en étant proche des sites touristiques. Le cadre et le lieu étaient agréables, la décoration en accord avec le bâtiment et la région. La chambre 4 places convient bien à une famille avec enfants pour un tarif raisonnable. La restauration et le service étaient basiques. |

personal muy atento, situación excelente en la ruta del vino, habitación muy amplia, hotel muy bonito y la comida de su restaurante excelente con una relación calidad precio muy buena. la cama tiene el colchon un poco blando. |

Ceci n'est pas un trois étoiles !!! Insonorisation digne d'un Formule1. Impossible de dormir avant 3h du matin (Discothèque sous les chambres). Sale de bain: pensez à emporter votre shampooing, etc ! Réception déserte de 22h à 07h, impossible d'obtenir quoi que ce soit. |

Le cadre, au coeur du vignoble alscien. Le resto. La chambre familliale était spacieuse mais le 4ème lit éait mis dans un endroit pas idéal, à cause de la pente u toit. |

Nous n'y sommes restés qu'une nuit, la chambre était spacieuse , accueillante et propre, le personnel stylé et très aimable. un matelas à ressorts sur un sommier tapissier n'est pas l'idéal au niveau confort de couchage à mois de ne pas bouger.(Chambre 16) |

Romantische und v.a. sehr ruhige Lage direkt in den Weinbergen, dazu ideal zwischen Strasbourg und Colmar als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in den gesamten Elsass und auch nach Baden (z.B. Europapark Rust). Außerdem sehr gutes Restaurant mit u.a. gutem und reichlichem Frühstücksbuffet. |
