We were all pleased with our visit in Alsace. We wanted to stay away from the more touristic villages. The restaurant had a lovely atmosphere, fine food and the waitstaff was very attentive. |

We looked for a hotel that was close to the Route de Vin because of the Grape Harvest, the hotel was perfectly located, it was actually on the Route, & the outlook from our bedroom was across the vineyards. More recommendations than a dislike:- The hotel appeared dingy but only because of poor lighting; Although they had the space, there was no terrace directed towards the afternoon/evening sun. |

For once, we stayed in a hotel that was actually as pretty and well located as it appeared in the publicity photographs. The staff were unbelievably helpful and friendly and the food in the restaurant was incredibly good value considering the high quality of fayre on offer. We stayed in a superior room with bath and balcony overlooking the vineyard and even from our beds we could just see miles of countryside. The walking was fantastic and it's only about half an hour from Colmar and Strasbourg in the car. No - staying at Le Verger Des Chateaux was an immensely pleasurable experience and one we plan to repeat regularly. |

The hotel was clean and the price was fair. The view of the vineyard was nice. The staff was rude and made no effort to welcome us. The language barrier was part of the problem, but the lack of effort by the front desk people to even try to understand us was very poor. We speak English and a bit of German, but they only spoke French and seemed totally uninterested in trying to communicate with us. |

The hotel is ideally situated for exploring Alsace right on the Route des Vins in a lovely rural location but only a very short drive from both Strassbourg and Colmar. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to others - lovely like stepping in to some ones living room. Excellent value for money! Install shower curtains :-) |

Fredfyldt landlige omgivelser med muligheder for gode vandreture i den omliggende natur og mellem vinstokkene. Pæn udsigt fra vestsiden. ja, kendskab til andre sprog end fransk af receptionspersonale og i restaurant. Spisekort på engelsk og tysk. |

Es war ok, nichts besonderes und im design etwas überladen, aber insgesamt liebevoll eigerichtet.im zimmer fehlten ein kleines tischchen und 2 sessel zum gemütlichen sitzen. |

Rust, zeer mooie omgeving, gezellige ambiance Restaurant heeft een beperkte capaciteit, we konden daar s´avonds niet eten. Ontbijt was matig, als iets op was werd het niet aangevuld. |

Das Essen (Diner), die Weinauswahl sowie das Frühstück waren gut teilweise sehr gut. Die Sauberkeit des Zimmers lies zu wünschen übrig, der Balkon nicht nutzbar weil völlig verdreckt. |

Die ruhige Lage des Hauses, die netten, geräumigen Zimmer und die gute Küche machen das Hotel zu einem empfehlenswerten Etappenziel im Elsass Es ist zu wenig Personal da - und das ist für den zuvorkommenden Service für die Hotelgäste zu wenig geschult; die Leitung ist organisatorisch überfordert; Teile des Hotels ( z.B.Terrasse) sind ungepflegt. |

Die Lage des Hotels ist wunderbar, absolut ruhig inmitten von Weinbergen mit Blick auf die Vogesen. Das Personal war äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Leider hat die Küche nur bis 21 Uhr geöffnet. Wenn man etwas später von einem Ausflug zurückkehrt, muss man in den nächsten Ort fahren, um etwas essen zu können. |
