Excellent renovated room Heated outdoor pool - great for April - yearly May vacations (about +26-28) Extremely nice girl serving pool and breakfast!!!! free parking child is free on extra bed Very beautiful town with old part and nice beach (but not in the season)

Because of uphill location really nice view to the bay from the restaurant and rooms of the upper floor. Nice bar and terrace. Good beds, they were solid, not soft at all. No traffic noise at all. Good breakfast. Bus stops towards Nice and Monaco really close. Did I menthioned the view...

The Location was excellent and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Bedroom was basic but spotlessly clean. The Bar had a very limited wine list - we asked for a glass of Sauvignon and Chardonnay and this could not be provided we were offered Alsace. We found the wine to be expensive not just in Hotel Le Versailles but generally in Villefranche Sur Mer where it could be purchased in the local shops very cheaply. The Taxi from Nice Airport was €65 for a ten mile journey!

The views from the bedroom and restaurant/bar. Good location, close to Nice and Monaco and easy to get to by car.

The staff were not very friendly or helpful and the restaurant and bar were very expensive.

The view is fantastic. There is a bus stop with -in 50 meters to Monte carlo and with-in 20 meters to nice. Nice is 10 minutes on a #100 bus-1 Euro and Monte Carlo is 15 minutes on #100 bus -1 Euro. We chose this place as it had free car parking and transport options and the reviews. Look if you want all the bling pay 100 Euro more and stay elsewhere. It is clean, comfortable, The view fantastic. About a 10-15 minute walk downhill toward Monaco is a restaurant called-There is a difference. 3 course meal for 19 Euro. French food at its best. You will know it as it will be full.It is down from the Mekong restaurant.

Clean comfortable room. Lovely swimming pool and views over the sea. Much nicer inside than it looks from the outside which is a bit character lacking.

About a 20 minute walk, all uphill from the station and 10/15 minutes down to the sea , so it is a little bit out on a limb. Having said that it was good for walking off dinner.

Location with it's stunning views. Friendly staff and very comfortable room. Short distance from a most beautiful and friendly village with lots to see in and around the small port.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Fantastic sea view and just few metes to bus stops to Monaco and Nice. Great choice for family with kids. And of course outdoor pool with heated water.

Lady couldn't find the red wine at bar.Very expensive breakfast for what it is.Lack of hot foods.Painted bath,hot water took too long to reach taps.No free wifi in rooms.loose fittings,tired hotel with paint job.Balcony flooded as the drainage leaked,in many areas.Noises when it rains inside room due to nearby drip or pipe.

Excellent location with sea view balconies in rooms, a bit of a climb from the old centre of the town but we didn't mind that at all. We didn't have breakfast in the hotel so can't comment on that. Great to have free parking on the grounds of the hotel.

Cleanliness of the room was sub-par on arrival - dusty bathroom and a few hairs on the bath floor. However, the next day it was cleaned well. Double bed was smaller than in most hotels. Not all rooms have free wi-fi, we had to go to the lobby to access it.

A very pleasant hotel, well situated, with a very friendly and helpful staff. A pleasant pool and good breakfast menu, location very close to town and restaurants as well as being on a bus route. we had a very pleasant stay.

that the shower was not wall mounted and didn't have a shower curtain.

Unfriendly reception staff. Poor and disorganised breakfast.

Great views of the harbor from our balcony.

Lobby and hallways are worn and a little shabby. Noisy with traffic and children at a day camp/school during the day.

Location better than expected--short walk to the port. Lobby and restaurant excellent.

Its location and design. The rooms all face due east to the bay, so lovely sunny start to the day. The food in the restaurant is excellent and it has wonderful views from the outside terrace.

The sound insulation between rooms is not great, but the rooms are in a generally quiet location.

Good hotel. Rooms with a sea view, but the view from the lower floors is limited. The bed is comfortable. . To the train station about 15 minutes.

Air conditioning is not working. Very hot in the room to sleep. The hotel is home to the hill.

No curtain in bathroom. when you take a bath, water flows over the bathroom floor.

Swimming pool and location. Excellent choice at breakfast Staff by pool very nice and efficient, think he lady down there is the owner.

Staff at reception not particularly welcoming. Treated us as if they were paying us to stay there. Rather strange. Shame as staff in basement area near pool are very friendly. Need more umbrellas by pool area. Didn't put us off though and would stay again, fantastic hotel with fabulous views. Lovely to have a pool to relax by though make sure you get to pool early ( before 8.30) to get a sunbed. Ville franche sur mer is lovely - go.
