Toilet fludded ANd we reported It sunday, ANd until monday when we ckecked out, nobody fix it

High humidity in the room, air conditioner is controlled from the reception, pictures on the web-site do not match the real rooms

The staff were generally attentive and friendly and the rooms were well cleaned and maintained. It was extremely convenient located next to a metro station and surrounded by food outlets like mcDonalds and restaurantS.

There was a complete misunderstanding with the staff members about setting us up with an early breakfast on the morning of the Paris Marathon! As we were participating, this was quite key to our stay. We were pleased when we were assured by two members of the staff that we were getting them. However, the guy who minded the desk the night before that rudely told us that there was no such thing and aggressively told me that if I was not happy with that, to leave as in his words, "he was boss!" The next morning he panicked when the other participants who also stayed there, turned up at 0530 for the early breakfast that we all got promised! Its a good thing we had sachets of porridge. It tastes nice with cold milk anyway

Competent staff, clean room with large window (that is a luxury in paris budget hotels), wifi working, good location

Well rooms and beds are small and parking is expensive - this is paris...

The location, the staff's attempts to speak proper English even though the majority of our group spoke French. It was only a few feet away from a metro and less than 20 minutes walk from the buslink to Beauvais Airport

The beds were a little uncomfortable, but if you're not planning on sleeping out it's still manageable. I didn't mind this personally, but one of my friends complained the bathroom wasn't clean enough to her taste.

The location near the metro and center city. Good access to the things tourist want to see. Room was very clean and provided the basics. Staff was very friendly. The price was very affordable

The room was very small. The 3 of us shared a room the size of a moderate size bedroom in the US. Had to walk 3 flights of stairs with luggage - no elevator.

Staff was really nice, all could speak english what is precious in Paris. The room and overall The hotel was well cleaned and breakfast is well served.

Wi-fi conection is poor in some areas.

Location. Perfect location to travel anywhere.

After seeing pictures on the website, we expect nice and clean room. The reality was different. Very small room, mold on the wall at the corner, a lot of dirty places in bathroom, cold, because there was no working hetaer, toillet right against bed. on the other side, the bed was comfortable.

It's a nice very nice and cheap hotel. We've booked there a triple room for three of us. Room was very nice, clean with modern design. It wasn't too big but it's not a problem cause it's cheap hotel. There was modern tv with many tv stations. View on the street was nice and it wasn't noisy. Room was REALLY CHEAP and it was definetely worth booking ! Location is very good. There's a Mac Donald's next to the hotel, couple of bars, restaurants and fast foods, metro and bus stations, Carrefour grocery and so on. You can get on foot from the hotel to such places as Triumphal Arch, Porte Maillot where's a parking for buses which goes to Beauveais Airport used by cheap airlines or even to Eiffel Tower /if you like walking/ :) We came to the hotel too early /before 14:00/ so our room wasn't ready but guy from reception let us leave our luggage in the hotel and we went for sightseeing and then we came back after couple of hours when room was ready. To be true our room was very nice but not as beautiful as rooms which are shown on photos here at booking but it's not a problem. Some photographer made just too nice photos :) If you're looking for cheap hotel in Paris I think it's worth to recommend. Free Wi-fi works. 24 was the number of our room.

There should be safe in the room.

No stairs but not really a problem, unless you like hearing all night people walking in the stairs. Poor noise isolation. Heating system is very noisy, hard to sleep. No warm water at all

Location is perfect. Only 10 minutes by walk to Triumph Arc and Champs Alysees. Nice art design

Staff was mixed - some were friendly and others were extremely rude and not helpful at all. Our room had no heating. It was really cold.

No compliment drinks n no water boiler. Staff not co orative wif request to hv our room moved to lower floor despite seeing us wif 2 huge luggages (3 weeks worth of clothes but alexandra was very kind to carry it up thru narrow n high staircase to 4th floor. Management sld reconsider n assign room to guest. Wif heavy luggages n old age

Hotel Le Villiers is in an excellent area. The Metro is a 30 second walk down the road. The hotel service is one of the best I have ever received from any hotel I have stayed at. The interior is rather lovely. Nice big windows and although not a view of Paris, it is a nice view of Avenue and all the cafes along the street. The bed was comfortable and the room had aircon for if it was to get to hot. The staff are by far some of the best hotel receptionists I have ever met. Their customer service skills were exceptional. It was my partner and my anniversary and they went very very very out of their way to make our stay the most beautiful experience ever. Not only this but due to their help I was able to deliver my partner an anniversary that she will never forget (these were her words! I cannot explain in words how grateful I am to Hotel Le Villiers. All I can say is that I very much highly recommend Hotel Le Villiers to all who visit Paris. The area is safe and pleasant, unlike Hotel Bellevue, who are a pretty standard hotel for the same price and in a very scary, unsafe and unpleasant area. Thank you greatly to Franck / Alexis and Piere you truly made our stay one of a life time. I will be writing a review to be published on a number of comparison sites to be viewed by the public. SERVICE = 10/10 COMFORT = 8/10 LOCATION = 8/10 CLEANLINESS = 7.5/10 INTERIOR DOWNSTAIRS = 7/10 OUR ROOM INTERIOR = 7/10 Although Hotel Le Villiers is a 2 start hotel, completely down to their exceptional customer service I would make them a 4 star hotel! No word of a lie, should they keep this up their hotel will become very popular!

Close to METRO and rental bicycles. Staff is friendly.

They tried to charge 10 Euro per night (I stayed 6) for the outlet adapter I borrowed. They changed it back to 1 night. Also the city hotel tax. First I was charged for three people because 3 can stay in the room. I was alone and they changed it to two people (still more than stayed but it is only 1 Euro a day and I don't want to complain again for the 6 Euro over-charged. Cleaning staff tried to enter twice without knocking, I think. (Lock the door to be safe of sudden surprises)

The location was perfect - far enough from the hustle-bustle of central Paris, but still only 5 metro stops from all of the sites. It was a quiet location, but plenty of cafes and small restaurants nearby. The price was great, when compared to many of the other comparable hotels. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was more than adequate.

The size of the shower was small. A large adult would be hard pressed to fit.

The hotel is pretty on the outside and inside and the staff is really nice. It has a great location, is cozy und quiet.

The steps are a real challenge...
