Score from 445 reviews Good
The location of the hotel is great as they are a lot of cafe's in the area and the metro is just a stone throw away. The room was big enough for the three of us and i loved the decor.
There is no elevator, breakfast was not worth the price at all, the staff where not very friendly and the bathroom was really tiny.
Location Good proximity to well priced restaurants. Train, bus and taxi close by. Well priced accom. Supermarket nearby.
Stairwell, no lift.
Very helpful staff Room cleaned every day and fresh towels Toiletries Comfortable bed Good WiFi Excellent location (max 10 mins Metro journey away from main locations) with plenty of small cafes around Working Air Con (just need to ring reception and they will turn it on and off for You)
Was asked to leave key on reception when we were going out (left it with receptionist on our 1st night...when we came back, the male receptionist seemed to have lost it and had no clue where it was. after that we have refused to leave key and kept it with us at all times) Rooms could do with a lick of paint but then again it is 2* hotel so can't expect quality of Ritz There is no lift so bear that in mind if carrying plenty of luggage No tea/coffee making facilities
WIFI and room tidy and clean. Easy access to train station
No lift so had to carry cases up spirial staircase
Proximity to metro station is a big plus. A few quality eateries in the area. Staff was friendly. Room was generally clean. Computer/internet access for guests in the main lobby as well as Wifi.
No elevator, breakfast not included, older room that could benefit from some renovation.
Staff who ask you 10 times to spell your name, look at you a wierd way because you are two men sharing the same room, breakfast
The hotel was in very bad condition. The water didn't go down from the sink. I could hear every sound from the neighbor rooms and from the street.
For what I needed, a clean central hotel that was not too expensive, it was perfect.
not much, only that it was located close to a departure point where we needed to be at 4:30 am.
not clean, needs paint everywhere, the bathroom had exposed moldy pipes. The breakfast area is small, and the breakfast not good. No elevator. The stairs were dark and dirty, they looked like they hadn't been swept in months. the door on the bedroom wouldn't open easily. the paint on the door was chipped. the entire building needed to be re painted and cleaned.
Noisy. I had a room at the ground floor. Poor acoustically insulated, I had the feeling that pedestrians was crossing my room.
Location & access to metro was the only thing which was on expected level.
Single room I've been has a bathroom smaller than one person cand stand in. Below minimum standard even for Paris.
Simple, served it's purpose. Staff good and very unhelpful.
Really needs some TLC in some. First room show holder was broken. Due to location, on main road, you could not have a window open even a little making the room stuffy.
Decor a bit tired
Good location. Close to metro and within walking distance from Port Mallot were Ryanair bus stops.
Rooms are very small and don't even look close to what's on the pictures. Staircase look dodgy and dirty. Water tap for the bath was installed not in level. Like if a child did it. Very expensive for what it is.
close to metro
room very small. shower not working properly. hotel shabby.
The facilities, the room was very clean and comfortable, the staff was very nice and helpful and speak english.
Great location, nice room, oddly decorated (purple snakeskin?), great surroundings. Great price online.
Paper thin walls, tv was from 1990s
good location, well connected with all districts.
too hot during the winter time, not soundproof

Very very disappointed when we arrived to the hotel. The images displayed on the website reflect nothing to the room we were given for our stay. When we arrived we were told we were on the third floor which was not a problem - but the stair case leading to this room was old and very dirty. Paint chipping off the walls and banister and the carpet that lined it was grubby! Our room was nothing in comparison to the glamour rooms displayed on the website! It was basic and dull as well as pokey and once again dirty. The floor and under the bed were a disgrace. The sheets also had stains on them! The bathroom was clearly made for a dwarf - the toilet was squashed between the hand basin and bath - making it impossible to sit on. The shower also had a height restriction making it impossible to shower. The tv also did not work in the room. Overall I was very disappointed with booking.com - I used this website a lot and was surprised that they clearly do not follow up with the hotels they have advertised. My one regret is that I did not take pictures as this review does not even do justice to the difference we witnessed between what was advertised and the hotel we actually stayed in. My experience would make me very reluctant to use this website again. Thoroughly disappointed with all parties involved!
The front office staff were welcome at all times. The breakfast is a good starter for the day
you can not control the AC from the room. CNN for English news was not available. Non of the staff could assist me to get access to the wifi
- Very close to metro station ( 1 minute walk) - Very close to Porte Maillot, about 10 minutes ( Ryanair fly buss station/ plass) - Comfortable bed - Helpfull staff
- Room are really small and not that pretty like on pictures. - Stairs... if somone has lot of luggage... make sure you will get room on top/ 1st floor... ..also with no luggage, after all walking day, was so... difficult to get to 3rd floor ;) - So easy to hear all another people in hotel. .. You can hear talking, imagine at night :) - Was cold in room when we got there... BUT all you have to do is ask on recepction about and then they will swich on for you - Not so clean in room. Bed was fine, but bathroom ..not so much. We are not so "sensitive" about this, but... wasn't good enough. - Breakfast was so so ... 8 Euro is not much, but this was quite poor
The rooms were clean but tiny and not at all like in the pictures on the internet. Loved the location - so close and within easy walking distance. Best of all was at the hub of metro and several bus lines.
The claim that the parking was 20€ per day - that was the only reason that we choose the hotel. We had to pay 32€ per day so for one overnight and 2 full days we paid more than 54€!!! This made it much much more expensive. The hotel claimed to have called around and found a garage that was 24€ per day, but when we checked it out - again 32€. For this total, price we could have got a better hotel with its own garage.
