Best Western Le Vinci Loire Valley  

Location was OK, but did require driving into town for shopping and restaurants. It was quiet.

The shower was not great. The WI FI connection was a pain to use.

The staff at the hotel were all superb. They were extremely helpful with suggestions for tours, places to eat and shop. Since the hotel is outside Amboise, the only think I would add is that it would be nice to have a small restaurant to return to after a busy day of touring the city and surrounding chateaux. It was a great stay. In fact, we extended by a day because we were so pleased with the service. Thanks. Mary H

Excellent staff - very friendly and willing to help, with good command of English. Very good in-room service, which is important in low season, especially for a hotel which is a bit far from the center of the town. Extremely convenient for people traveling with cars (spacious parking lot).

The place is a bit too far both from the town center and from the train station, which could cause some transportation problems (at least beyond the high season), unless you have a car, of course. Still, such problems are manageable.

The conditions offered by the hotel are good/very good. No complaints.

You can not serve dinner at the hotel and the nearest restaurant is about 1 mile away. Breakfast is not included in the cost of staying, it's 12 Euro extra, and for that money the variety is extremely low, in fact it doesn't make the money. So you'd better don't have breakfast at the location either.

We liked the location,cleanliness, the staff very friendly and spoke english, the bed very comfortable and hotel nicely decorated.

Great place for us to go see area sites. Actually went by recommendation in rick steves book and were really satisfied with the accomodations.

Very quiet, good mattress, breakfast above what you usually get in middle class hotels in France. A nice 15 minuts walk to the center of Amboise.

Location is great. Amboise is a beautiful town, its 20 min walk to city centre but the walk is lovely in summer. Hotel is very nice, rooms are great, breakfast could be better. For the price its an awesome bargain. I would suggest to go into town centre for breakfast or drive 10 min to chennonceau town for amazing breakfast in small french resturant. We had a lovely time in this hotel. Parking available on site.

Comfortable bed. Clean.

The small refrigerator was loaded with overpriced drinks, etc. I'd rather have an empty refrigerator for my use! Also, there must have been half a dozen of little plasticized notices scattered about. I could have done without the fake flowers. The first room we were shown had an awful intense perfume aroma and faced onto a sometimes noisy street. When a cancellation came in, we got a non-perfume room that faced onto the back, which was quiet and much more pleasant.

It's location was very good, easy to locate and also to park

It was a very clean place with a friendly, knowledgeable and helpful staff. Wr enjoyed our stay very much. It was a central place for some of the visiting we did.
