The lady of the reception looked in the internet and answered all our questions in no time and accurate. Very good service. During breakfast all the tables had been cleaned, almost immediately. Also the breakfast buffet had been cleaned and refreshed within short intervals. The very unpleasant mail of the hotel itself, after the confirmation of Booking.com. No positif sdes and no issues I had not been aware of. My suggestion is that the mail should be balanced with positif issues. |

Clean rooms, helpful staff, modern facilities(computer with internet) Bed was a bit soft, room was a bit stuffy and air conditioning was set to heating. (minor problems) |

The location is very good, close to main attractions in the area. Free Internet access, free parking. The first offered room had a bad smell (in the room itself and in the toilet especially), and it was very cold. When I've asked to change the room, I've received nice and warm room. The bathroom was too small. The breakfast was too expensive (11.00 EUR) for the variety of food (egg, cheese, ham). |

The room was clean and a good size. The staff were friendly and helpful. Secure parking was provided on the premises The gravel drive made is difficult to move the cases from the car to the hotel |

Nice Decor and excellent helpful staff with a very welcoming manner. It was an easy walk into the centre if you were capable of a 15 minute stroll. |

Quiet hotel about a 10 minute walk from the centre of Ambois. Staff friendly (and fluent in English) and all the facilities were good. Breakfast was good in a light airy room. Parking was easy and plentiful. |

The proximity to Amboise centre. Adequate parking. The hotel was very quiet. I think it would be better if there were a bar or cenral area where one could meet other quests |

Clean. Good parking. Helpful staff. Breakfast was nice. Tea Kettle in the room. Laundry Service. Air Conditioning. Nice location, but you need to have a car as it is rather far from the main street of Ambois. |

New hotel in a good condition. Our room was facing backyard, no traffic noise. Hotel is just a little outside of center of Amboise. Secure parking on fenced-in hotel grounds. Good if you have a car or rent one. If you have not got a car, you might consider taking a taxi to downtown Amboise. Location good for exploring chateaux in Loire Valey and ask the staff foe directions. Breakfast not just coffee and croissants. It included omelette, yoghurt, etc, but still lacked somehting for the money. |
