Room just renovated so big and modern but a bit too minimal, i.e. didn't have any bed side lamps to read by had to ask.

I am disabled and requested a room with a walk in shower as I cannot get in or out of a bath. The room was exactly what I wanted the walk in shower was designed with requirements for a disabled person being

The walk-in shower for a disabled person was excellent. Room was large, staff were excellent and location for walking around Honfleur was superb.

Beakfast was very poor WiFi connection was not working or poorely

The view was amazing and the concierge could not have been more helpful. The location is perfect ,as you right in the heart of beautiful Honfleur .

Excellent location, and view from room. Reasonably quiet, and very confortable.

Parking immediately around the hotel is very expensive, though staff were able to advise free parking at a little distance. We were not aware that there was no restaurant at the hotel (though breakfast was provided, and was excellent).

We received an excellent service from the male member of staff when we checked in. Our room was extremely small, although it was one of the best rooms. Consequently we upgraded to a suite which was beautifully furnished, a wonderful size and luxurious. However this made our stay very expensive and more than most people would want to pay.

The female staff in reception spent all their time on the computer or their mobiles. Some didn't look up when we entered which could compromise security.

Wonderful front desk staff who gave us excellent advice and a magnificent location and great old building.

The hotel is well placed in the centre of Honfleur

Very small room. Not worth the £100 + for room only per night. Descrption stated there was a car-park but this is a public car park a little way away and costing 8 Euros per night.

The hotel staff should be commended as they were very helpfull in securing my reservation. Best Western chain of hotels don't always accept visa debit cards and require a credit card as security of booking. I eventually secured the booking with a bankers transvere. This was not the hotels problem as I used my visa debit whilst at the hotel and it worked ok!, Why Best Western only accept credit cards is beyond me?

The hotel and staff were great and we had a very romantic stay at the hotel in Honfluer.

The "superior" room (104) is just above a busy road. The night temperature was 20 degrees and as there was no air conditioning or even a fan in the room we had to sleep with the window wide open. The result was that due to traffic noise and the local disco we did not sleep well. For the 160 euro a night superior room rate at least a fan should have been included.

Used the hotel as a base to explore honfleur and the surrouning area. Good location right on the harbour.

Expensive parking, free parking a five minute walk away.some traffic noise early morning

The facilities and the furnishing are too old. When you stepped on the wooden floor, 'sisi' noise must come out. We want to leave the hotel asap and won't come back again.
