Location was right on the harbor and could walk to sights, shops and restaurants. They had a parking lot available at an extra charge that we used as parking in Honfleur is difficult.

I am disabled and requested a room with a walk in shower as I cannot get in or out of a bath. The room was exactly what I wanted the walk in shower was designed with requirements for a disabled person being The walk-in shower for a disabled person was excellent. Room was large, staff were excellent and location for walking around Honfleur was superb.

Honfleur is a beautiful Normandy 'olde' harbour town. The hotel is ideally placed in the town overlooking the outer harbour with everything within walking distance. The new secure parking is a bonus but 500 metres walk back to the hotel. The price of the suite was high, compared to the other rooms, for the additional facilities offered but ok for a 'spoil yourself' night or two.

Excellent location, and view from room. Reasonably quiet, and very confortable. Parking immediately around the hotel is very expensive, though staff were able to advise free parking at a little distance. We were not aware that there was no restaurant at the hotel (though breakfast was provided, and was excellent).

the location was superb. it was very clean, and the staff all spoke enough english to help us when needed. beds were comfortable, and for france, the bathroom and shower were large. there was no coffee pot in the room. to get coffee in the morning, you had to pay for a full bkfst, which made for very expensive coffee!

We received an excellent service from the male member of staff when we checked in. Our room was extremely small, although it was one of the best rooms. Consequently we upgraded to a suite which was beautifully furnished, a wonderful size and luxurious. However this made our stay very expensive and more than most people would want to pay. The female staff in reception spent all their time on the computer or their mobiles. Some didn't look up when we entered which could compromise security.

Fantastic location overlooking the harbour. Comfortable and clean room. Checkout was bizarre, to say the least. I paid the pleasant lady at the desk in cash for my accommodation. Three minutes later she said, "Sorry sir, I need your credit card for payment". Ok I thought, it must have something to do with the internet booking so I produced my credit card. Having paid for the second time, said lady made no move to return my cash. When I requested this, she asked, surprised, "You have paid already?" After a quick check of the computer, she returned my cash. It was surreal.

The hotel is well placed in the centre of Honfleur Very small room. Not worth the £100 + for room only per night. Descrption stated there was a car-park but this is a public car park a little way away and costing 8 Euros per night.

Staff and room excellent. The lack of parking is a major problem and the hotel group should negotiate with the local public carpark to have a number of carparking spaces allocated to the hotel..

The hotel staff should be commended as they were very helpfull in securing my reservation. Best Western chain of hotels don't always accept visa debit cards and require a credit card as security of booking. I eventually secured the booking with a bankers transvere. This was not the hotels problem as I used my visa debit whilst at the hotel and it worked ok!, Why Best Western only accept credit cards is beyond me? The hotel and staff were great and we had a very romantic stay at the hotel in Honfluer.

The "superior" room (104) is just above a busy road. The night temperature was 20 degrees and as there was no air conditioning or even a fan in the room we had to sleep with the window wide open. The result was that due to traffic noise and the local disco we did not sleep well. For the 160 euro a night superior room rate at least a fan should have been included.

The perfect choice for a one night stay whilst travelling back from our holiday. Very conviently located in the heart of Honfleur for shops and restaurants. Quite noisy at night but that was expected due to the convient location.

The facilities and the furnishing are too old. When you stepped on the wooden floor, 'sisi' noise must come out. We want to leave the hotel asap and won't come back again.
