Excellent location, and view from room. Reasonably quiet, and very confortable. Parking immediately around the hotel is very expensive, though staff were able to advise free parking at a little distance. We were not aware that there was no restaurant at the hotel (though breakfast was provided, and was excellent).

The location, only. The rooms are very small. The shower did not work the first day.Their is a yetstream but this is old and not working well. Badroom is poor. Cleaning is okay but it could be better. It's not clear how the shower is working At night we could not take a shower. With more care every think could be much better .No value for money. The chairs etc are old and the comfort is bad.

The location is fabulous overlooking the harbour and close to everything The stupid shower which was one of those ones with all sorts of different spouts - an ordinary shower would have been far more relaxing!

the location was superb. it was very clean, and the staff all spoke enough english to help us when needed. beds were comfortable, and for france, the bathroom and shower were large. there was no coffee pot in the room. to get coffee in the morning, you had to pay for a full bkfst, which made for very expensive coffee!

We received an excellent service from the male member of staff when we checked in. Our room was extremely small, although it was one of the best rooms. Consequently we upgraded to a suite which was beautifully furnished, a wonderful size and luxurious. However this made our stay very expensive and more than most people would want to pay. The female staff in reception spent all their time on the computer or their mobiles. Some didn't look up when we entered which could compromise security.

Fantastic location overlooking the harbour. Comfortable and clean room. Checkout was bizarre, to say the least. I paid the pleasant lady at the desk in cash for my accommodation. Three minutes later she said, "Sorry sir, I need your credit card for payment". Ok I thought, it must have something to do with the internet booking so I produced my credit card. Having paid for the second time, said lady made no move to return my cash. When I requested this, she asked, surprised, "You have paid already?" After a quick check of the computer, she returned my cash. It was surreal.

Location was very good. It was very easy to find the hotel. The hotel doesn't have parking garage, but there are lots of public parking around the hotel.

The hotel is well placed in the centre of Honfleur Very small room. Not worth the £100 + for room only per night. Descrption stated there was a car-park but this is a public car park a little way away and costing 8 Euros per night.

Staff and room excellent. The lack of parking is a major problem and the hotel group should negotiate with the local public carpark to have a number of carparking spaces allocated to the hotel..

The hotel staff should be commended as they were very helpfull in securing my reservation. Best Western chain of hotels don't always accept visa debit cards and require a credit card as security of booking. I eventually secured the booking with a bankers transvere. This was not the hotels problem as I used my visa debit whilst at the hotel and it worked ok!, Why Best Western only accept credit cards is beyond me? The hotel and staff were great and we had a very romantic stay at the hotel in Honfluer.

Location, location, location!!....made it easy to walk around Honfleur. We were traveling with our adult children and spouses so we could all do as we pleased. We appreciated the elevator. The hotel has a great view of the harbor and Carousel. The free wifi was great as some in our party had online work to complete, Rooms are small

The "superior" room (104) is just above a busy road. The night temperature was 20 degrees and as there was no air conditioning or even a fan in the room we had to sleep with the window wide open. The result was that due to traffic noise and the local disco we did not sleep well. For the 160 euro a night superior room rate at least a fan should have been included.
