The hotel is very well maintained and its location is excellent, being right on the waterfront and very close to many restaurants and the center of town and shopping. |

We had a very nice corner room which had been nicely renovated and furnished. The room was quite expensive and the breakfast was poor value for money. |

The city is beautiful. The hotel is not. The hotel was not as represented by internet pictures. The bed was terrible. |

Very helpful and welcoming staff, small but comfortable rooms, excellent location overlooking the harbour; very relaxing. The only disadvantage was that there is no restaurant or facilities for an evening meal ie. room service if you arrive late in the evening. |

It was in a great location with waterfront views, room was nice size, beds were comfortable. We emailed twice asking for a confirmation of our reservation but the hotel never responded. We ended up having to phone. |

Beautiful location right by the harbor. Rooms were exceedingly small and uncomfortable. Front desk not very pleasant or helpful. Very poor breakfast selection. |

Beautiful location - close to everything we wanted to see and do. We had requested a non-smoking room, but were given a smoking room. |

The hotel was in Honfleur, France: we visited the town and its sights and museums and took up the atmosphere in cafe's and restautants. This was a relaxing long weekend for sight-seeing. Inside, the lighting in the corridors and staircases was automatic - it came on when sensors detected movement of people - and whilst it always worked and turned on the lighting there was a delay and you could actually be on the stairs in the dark before the lighting would come on: my wife tripped over the hose of a vacuum cleaner in a corridor at this time - there may be a safety issue here? |

The location, the comfort of the room and the friendliness of the staff Parking is difficult, but that is a problem of Honfleur, not of the hotel. |

Close to Honfleur harbor, sites and restaurants 1. Busy narow street made it difficult to unload suitcases from car. 2. No parking close to hotel and charged for use of garage. |

The hotel was clean and tidy and in a great location. Very good breakfast buffet. We were only there for one night so cannot add to this. |
