An old building in a great location on the harbor of a beautiful town! The room we received was nothing like the rooms pictured online or in the brochure. It was dated and the carpet was creepy. The room that slept 5 was set up to sleep 4 in the main room and 1 in a little separate room without a tv... Not a popular option in our family! Glad it was only for 1 night. If someone fixed up the hotel it would be the best in town, the location is so great! |

Location was perfect with attractive view of the port. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Bathroom was well equiped. Bedrooms were a little dated and a hospitality tray would have been a very welcome addition to the room. |

The hotel has great provenance, with Monet and other famous artists having stayed there. It looked right out on a very beautiful harbor and ancient church, and it's only a block from a dozen harborside cafes in one direction and a great seaside promenade that leads to a beach on the other (with a park in between). The staff was very helpful and spoke English, although we have enough French to get by. Clean and quiet. Quaint but not rustic. |

We stayed in a very spacious junior suite with a very pleasant bathroom with jacuzzi. Very comfortable bed and lovely view over the harbour A pity there was no bar and no teac/coffee facilities in the room. |

view to the waterfront, location, whirlpool bath, history parking - public parking was not far, but the hotel itself did not have enough space infront of the main entrence. it was not able even to just park for a second to (un)load the baggages |

Very central to Honfleur town. Good size room & bathroom with very good shower. Excellant view of harbour and town. Very clean rooms. Very pleasant and helpful staff. Not enough sound insulation from the bar below although did not go on too late was still distracting. I must add that we were on the 1st floor so this may not be a problem on the upper floors. We also had to ask for tea & coffee making facilities, surely these should be standard in the rooms? |

Central position, staff phoned in advance to check our requirements, welcoming lobby and 24 hour staff. Very noisy as right on the main street and had to keep windows open at night as no air con. Did not accept Amex travellers cheques despite accepting amex cc's, thought this absurd given the size of Best Western. I had to walk right across town to exchange elsewhere. |

The location is great for sightseeing in the area. It's in the middle of town withn walking distance of shops, restaurants, bars, Overlooking the port. I would have loved somewhere comfortable to sit and relax. The only seating area I could find for guests is a very small space in reception. |

Staff were always available on reception and were ready and willing to provide helpful and useful information on the location. We had a triple room, and the third bed was a bit small and of a slightly temporary nature. |
