The hotel was right off of the Champs Elysees and it was close to a subway stop. So its location was great. The rooms were clean.

The elevator did not work.

cleaninh the room is not that much., nobody can help you if you need help regarding the transportation , 1 elevator only and very small rooms

I like their services , hotel located is excellent u can go everywhere by train station. It very close to hotel,

When I check in at hotel I surprised that elevator was out of order , and they give me room at sixth floor. At the second night they moved me to fourth floor, they fix it at last night, by the way I make new reservation on 19 -20 of July.

Nice clean rom with aircondition just 20 meters from chams elysse. good breakfast. Good service.

very hostile staff . asked for more money as a con . no air coditioning . 5 th floor with no elivator . very small room .rude . liers . terribel in all aspect

Friendly staff , clean room with good facilities like coffee maker , nice LCD and comfortable bed , also excellent location just few steps to champs elysee and to the metrostation, nice breakfast , fast free wirless internet access

Is not a big deal , small room , alittle bit expensive but i think the location....and the elevator is so small especially if you have a lot of laggage...but who cares !

Good location with helpfull staff

I like the location and clean feeling of the hotel. But the elevator needs changing, as well as some of the hotel staff who are rather old to man the reception and very rude to guests. But in the end he became very pleasant. I guess I was the one educated enough to understand that he is just an employee of the hotel.

The problem of the elevator should be addressed to avoid any confrontations between the hotel staff and hotel guests. As people are from different cultures, the hotel staff should be trained to be more pleasant and accommodating. As I said, only the 2 ladies were very pleasant. But eventually, the guy became pleasant as well, not after a confrontation due to a deregatory remark from him.

Clean rooms, superb location, helpful staff, very nicely designed rooms with fairly spacious rooms. We got a very good deal for a room and the location is literally next to the Disney Store at Champs Elysees. Metro Station 100m from the hotel. I am in general very pleased with our choice.

Not very rich breakfast, if included in the price ok, but do not pay extra for it.

A rare mix of quality, prime location and price.

Should improve its tv remote infrared interface - quite clumsy and difficult to change channels. Also improve its English tv service - BBC World seemed to be down most times I checked.
