The location, of course, was spectacular. The first evening after arriving I went for a walk to the Arc de Triomphe, Trocadero, and Eiffel Tower. Second night I took a leisurely stroll to the Louvre and Notre Dame. Wow. Receptionists were friendly, professional, and helpful. Room was pleasant and even had a balcony (tiny as it was). I was undecided as to whether the location was going to be worth the extra expense, but I had a blast, and I didn't regret it for a second. I checked in and not half an hour later a lady dashed into the room to check the bar fridge and disappeared again without saying a word. Not long after some guy knocked at the door and started to enter (requires a pass card), but when I said 'hello' closed the door and disappeared! The next day I dropped back quickly in the late afternoon to grab a shower and someone knocks again. This time I open the door without saying anything and some guy with a mustache is standing there. He seems shocked I answered the door and rushes off mumbling something in French. It was all a little bewildering to say the least. Anyway, I highly recommend stowing valuables in the provided safe.

What a great hotel in a great location. Everyone says the rooms are small which is true but the bed is great and bathroom is great. To be honest you do not go to Paris for a short visit and stay in your hotel room!! The staff are also very helpful and informative. The Metro is onoy 5 second walk and all attractions are so close. Would stay here again for sure!! Book in advance!

I had a little private balcony which is scarce in Paris. . . The room was well isolated and the bathroom decent for this price point. The bed and pillows were very good as well. Limited facilities...

I specially like the people at the front desk who were so nice and helpful. English was not a problem. Its smoke free policy was the best part. Our room size was okay. There was internet access everywhere in the hotel which was really convenient for business travellers who could work in their rooms. The corridors were narrow and elevator was small. Only four people could fit in at a time but that was not a problem for us because we were fine using the stairs going up and down from our room. However, noise from the bar below could be heard.

Clean, well furnished, comfortable, good location. Unfortunately I have an adventure I prefer to forget. While booking the hotel through Booking.com, I made a mistake: I didn't realize that I was booking the room for 1 day instead of 3 days. When I sow the total price (300 euros) I obviously booked the room whose price seemed to me very convenient. When I got the hotel I discovered the truth, the room cost was 300 euros for 1 day and without breakfast, and since my budget did not allow to spend other two night there I had to change hotel. After that I connected again to booking.com to check the prices of the hotel and I found that there are many possibilities a bit less expensive than that one occurred to myself. Next time I will be more careful in using internet.

Well below expections. It was necessary to prepay 1 month before coming: why? Because at 7am the jackhammer was working... I hope I had a chance to go in another place. The room was costing 180 euro per night, and it was a kind of cubicle with an height barely above 2 meters.

Location excellent with plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. We booked a triple room and the third bed had no pillows. We phoned reception and were told they did not have any more! My daughter rightfully felt this was unacceptable and went in person to reception to complain and came back with two pillows! The bathroom sink was blocked so badly that the water would not drain. We had to use a cup to empty the water into the toilet!! (It was very late when we checked in).The next day we complained and it was sorted by the time we returned in the evening but surely they must have realised there was a problem when the room was cleaned prior to our arrival!

The Location was excellent, just 30mtrs (indeed) away from Franklin Roosvelt Metro Station (Line 1), which is located in the middle of Champs Elysee avenue. The room was clean, the breakfast decent and the personnel eager to assist in any requirement or question we may had. The room was relatively small (just a double bed and a relatively narrow corridor round around the bed, a small entrance and a bathroom), but it was known to us in advance, having read the comments in booking.com

Location, location, location. The hotel is 30 seconds walk from the Champs Elysees, right by the corner of the Disney Store, very close to the Arc de Triumph. Breakfast is included and it is fair. It is a bit expensive for a normal hotel. There is nothing extraordinary in it, besides the location. The room is very very small, but you don't go to Paris to stay in a hotel room, so it's ok.

Location. The hotel was too warm and could only be controlled by keeping the window open. Unfortunately, there was a lot of street noise.

Location was fab you are literally a step away from Champs-Elysee and just down the road from Arc de Triompe, staff were lovely and extremely helpful with metro directions etc. Room was lovely and clean - compact but plenty of room for two people we even had a lovely little balcony looking out onto the busy street- I would definetely return to this hotel and have already reccommended it to people. Its a little gem!!! There was nothing we did not like but it would have been good if there was a little bar area in hotel that you could relax in after a days sightseeing/shopping before heading out again.

It is directly 2 minutes from Champs Elysees, so that is really good. Also the room was really nice (altough still very small), after we changed room. (The photos do look bigger than the room is!) The ladies at the front desk are really "French". If you do not speak french, they are quite arrogant. I asked if they can reserve some tickets for example the Louvre and she said: "No, you have to stand in line there." Well, that could be said also a bit more friendly for this Hotel price! Also, they do only have restaurant proposals for the same street as the Hotel is, not any other district. At night, it is a really loud street, but if you close the windows, it is ok.

The location was fantastic, the hotel was modern and had a great vibe. The friendliness of the staff was very average and they weren't particularly helpful when a friend of mine was looking for the local police station.
