The hotel was sititued mid way on the champs elyeese, and close to all shops and resturants, our room was on the 5th floor and was small but very clean as had just been painted. Although the room was clead because it had just been painted the smell of paint was over powering, we did speak to the night receptionest when we arrived and he said that he would leave message for day staff and we could change rooms, DID NOT HAPPEN, there was also renovations going on in 16 other rooms, with a lot of drilling and hammering, we feel we should have been informed of this before we went. |

Perfect location, right next to Roosevelt Station, 10 mtrs away from Champs Elysees, Wifi has good connection for free, Breakfast is expensive, we didn't take it. |

its so near to champs elisee cleanliness , staff , breakfast , hotel policy you can't modify or change dates of reservation and the money is being processed from the credit card once reservation is done. |

For the sights of Paris you can not beat the location. Its not a 4 or 5 star, but when you are only there for the night and are about town all day it is a good place to stay. |

The only real plus side was the location and to be fair the staff were quite helpful. For the price paid I would have expected the otel to have been much more superior than it was. Everything was quite baisic and the rooms were very small. I had booked a twin room yet both single beds were tight against one another. There was no bar facilities at the hotel which detracted from sitting relaxing and having a quiet night cap. |

Location is perfect.. It is few meters far from the great champs-elysee and franklin roosevelt metro station. Mini bar and house keeping need some improvement. |

Cleanliness of room and bathroom was, thankfully, good, frankly, the only reason why I did not immediately check out. Reception area is small and unsophisticated but the bedroom accommodation is manifestly poor, particular decoration, insulation (both heat and noise) and bedroom furnishings. |

The staff were VERY friendly and always helpful. The breakfast was more than expected and very good based on most European standards. The loud noises from the street due to all the bars & movie theatre, along with the drunks out in the street till 5am on the weekend. |

dry machine in toilet, additional blanket and pillow in closet the smell was not pleasant, no luggage boy , elevator too small, no window view at all- water should be included in complementary- TV is small and old, not so many channels- no slipper in toilet, breakfast has no variety at all with limited selection |

I did not like it. I recommend you to include in your data the Hotel du Rond Point des Champs Elysees. It`s a bit more expensive, but it is a very charming hotel, just one or two blocks further away. Rooms too small and the hotel is a little bit ... dowgraded, to say like this. Have a nice breakfast, though. |
