位置非常好，和Disney商店在一个街区。乘地铁M1,到Franklin站，很容易找到。出行方便。

Location was excellent the room was clean and very quiet which we like.

We asked for double bed not two singles pushed together. The shower in that room was badly situated and difficult to use, and the bath plug was missing on arrival but was replaced on day two. The view from that room was very poor its a shame for that money u can not expect to have a reasonable out look, on a scale of 1 to 10, we would give the room 5. We would probably not stay at the hotel on our return to paris.

Courteous staff. Very Secure, card access required in elevators and stairwells. Front door only opened by attended front desk.

Breakfast was mediocre and ended too early.

Just behind the Disney Store on Champs Élysées so can't beat this location-wise.

Good location, comfortable and great for my visit.

The roomon the 5th floor was spacious, clean, comfortable & warm in the cold Paris winter. The small balcony always added a breath of fresh air when needed. Best thing about the hotel is its location... being literally just around the corner from the Camps Elysess and a 5 minute walk from the Arc de Triomph. Furthermore, the Fraklin D. Roosevelt Metro station is just next to the hotel on the Champs Elysees which is an added bonus to the already great location. The staff were very friendly and helpful with advice on how to catch transport, where to go, etc. The breakfast served in the meal area was open buffet with a full selection of continental and full breakfast varieties.

the hotel has the minimum services as a best western chain i stayed in many best western hotels and they were better than this one imagine there is no room service!

The people were very kind and helpfull and the breakfast was quite good.

Location excellent with plenty of bars and restaurants nearby.

We booked a triple room and the third bed had no pillows. We phoned reception and were told they did not have any more! My daughter rightfully felt this was unacceptable and went in person to reception to complain and came back with two pillows! The bathroom sink was blocked so badly that the water would not drain. We had to use a cup to empty the water into the toilet!! (It was very late when we checked in).The next day we complained and it was sorted by the time we returned in the evening but surely they must have realised there was a problem when the room was cleaned prior to our arrival!
