A short walk from the historical centre of Carpentras, Best Western Le Comtadin is set in a beautifully restored 18th century building.The hotel is located in the heart of the Provence Region and at the foot of Mount Ventoux. The air-conditioned guest rooms feature Provençal decoration, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels and a bathroom with hairdryer, shower or bathtub. One room is suitable for guests with reduced mobility. Guests can enjoy breakfast served each morning on the quiet patio. They can also relax at the lounge bar available on site. A weekly market takes place every Friday in Carpentras and guests can walk 5 minutes to visit Saint Siffrein Cathedrale. The hotel is a good base for exploring the Provence and Luberon. Staff very polite. Good clean rooms. Central location to far to walk for car park. Car park very restrictive. Room on the small side. Beds very uncomfortable.

The receptionist was very welcoming and helpful. From the start we had the feeling of having someone determined to make our arrival and stay as comfortable and easy as possible. Very very impressed. The bedroom was very comfortable and quiet despite being on the front of the hotel. The reception area was spacious and inviting. Nice to have a bar. Being central and close to the pedestrian area was a real plus.The staff very welcoming, discrete and helpful.

Zeer vriendelijk personeel en eigenaars. Het ontbijt was volledig en ok. De ligging is prima in centrum en ook garage is aanwezig wat zeker een pluspunt is. Hotel is zeker aan te raden.

We apreciated the position of the hotel in the town, the position of the town in the region. We found at the hotel a lot of informations about things to do, about offers, tours, about recomanded restaurants. We are very pleased about the staff of the hotel with whom we came in contact. Unfortunately we had health problems but all the staff helped us a lot and we are grateful to them. Not all of the rooms are spacious enough, the spacious rooms had small bathrooms and the corridors are narrow.

Service was great, receptionnist really helpful. Location was just perfect. Safe area. Car parking good. Bed especially comfortable. Very clean. Size of the room was good. Especially because one of our requiments was for 3 adults.

O hotel é simples, mas o atendimento é muito bom e o ambiente é agradavel. O café da manhã surpreendeu, muito melhor do que esperávamos. Recomendamos! Não tem elevador, mas não foi um problema, já que o funcionário do hotel se dispunha a carregar as malas para cima e para baixo com cortesia!

Die Hotelführung und die ANGESTELLTEN waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Schöne, fast familiäre Athmosphäre. Deutsche Cefin! Nichts!

la disponibilité et la gentillesse du personnel chambre trop petite.j' avais l'impression d' etre dans une cellule. chauffage trés bruyant chambre mal insonorisée. cet hotel mériterait des travaux afin de mériter d'ètre un Best Western

Hôtel de charme dans la vieille ville de Carpentras, très agréable, avec un personnel particulièrement attentionné. Pour 10 €, voiturier avec garage gardé.

Lit très confortable. Le chauffage en soufflerie situé au-dessus de la porte d'entrée a fait beaucoup de bruits. Pas de restaurant pour dîner.
