The staff was friendly, helpful, and responsive. The location of the hotel was ideal for walks about town and for restaurant access. The rooms seem set for family beach trips -- no carpets, beach-side wooden painted furniture. No hair dryer. |

We had nop bath thowels provided on arrival and it took a visit to reception and a follow up phone call to have these provided. |

Staff at reception extremely pleasant and helpful. Local beach area is a lovely spot. Good location in general and decent sized car park. More like a 2 star. Hotel is lovely from the outside but inside everything is in miniature. Our bedroom would have been better suited to 2 very small children as opposed to 2 full grown adults. Would not recomend to friends or stay again. |

The staff spoke good English and were happy to do so. Calm and friendly atmosphere. A few things were out of order in the bathroom but were fixed immediately when requested. |

Staff was great! We checked out a day earlier due to the weahter and they didn't charged us the 3rd night. Thanks! Room was clean, center of the city in a 10min walk! Bathroom was small! |

Great welcome from the lady on reception who spoke good English. They hadn't arranged for the baby's cot that I requested and found that all theirs were being used. They ended up having to borrow from another hotel. All sorted in the end though... Very, very small room. Especially with baby cot and 2 suitcases. You need to be slim to get through the gap to the toilet. Around the bed there was about a foot each way! My husband broke his toe in the process. Bath also very tiny and tv attached to the wall was miniscule. No English channels either. |

The staff were really friendly and helpful . We were provided with a map of the town and booklet of things to do in the area which proved very useful.The family room we received was lovely and very clean .The hotel was only a ten mins walk from the town and the beach which was perfect as it was close to all the places we wanted to go but it was in a very quiet location. This hotel for us was a two night stopover because it was only an hour from bordeaux airport ,however we have already planned to stop there for a bit longer on our holiday next year. |

We liked the area around Arcachon and it had a very nice beach and promanade. The room very small and crammped as was the ensuite. There was a towel rail so close to the toilet that my husband hit his head on it several times because of the crammped conditions. We thought it was very expensive for what we got. It did not compare well with some of the other hotels and bed and breakfast places we stayed in during our visit to France. We would not return to this hotel. |

The hotel is comfortable for a family to stay. Close to the beach. Quiet. Nice staff. Free private parking. The bathroom is a little small. |

A charming and delightful hotel. Although not on the sea front, it is only a very short walk to the sea, restaurants and casino. Plenty of parking within grounds. Fairly small room, but we were out most of the time so this did not matter. |

Das Morgenbuffet ist reichhaltig und der Raum ist gemütlich. Zuvorkommendes Personal bei Extrawünschen. Etwas kleines Zimmer, die zur Verfügung stehenden Velos könnten besser gepflegt werden. |
