The hotel was all in all excellent! It is located north from the Montparnasse Metro-station, just meters from the St.Placide Metro- station. The rue de Rennes is a commercial street with many shops, boulangeries and cafes. The hotel itself is a brand new boutique hotel, decorated with very good taste and the room was super clean and comfortable. The bed was very very comfortable after a long day in the museums and strolling around, with even a choice of variety of pillows with different support! The impression from the staff was also very friendly and accommodating. The price of the room ( we had a double room with garden view) was not only for the pricey Paris but also generally very reasonable. It was an excellent experience and we will be without doubt visiting this hotel again!

Shame the breakfast was 15 Euro per person for a selection of pastries - Continental breakfast.

Beautiful little hotel. Staff is super-friendly and helpful. Rooms are very small but lovely and comfy and new. We were lucky and got a room with a king-size bed and a bathtub facing the courtyard. Very quiet and private.

The bed was Tempu-pedic and thus very comfortable, as were the pillows. Many choices at the breakfast buffet, including cooking your own soft-boiled egg. Staff were extemely accommodating and helpful.

I was put in a room with only a shower -- no bathtub. Their was no shower door; therefore, water went everywhere, all over the tiny bathroom. Very messy. Rue de Rennes is a very, very busy street and so the street noise often kept me awake at night, or woke me up in the morning.

Personal was very friendly and willing to help. Breakfast buffet was realy all we needed. Fresh fruits, croissants, bread, cheese, cornflakes, boiled egg..;whatever you want to be on a breakfast buffet.

The internet was to slow so this was not suitable for a business trip.

Extremely friendly and helpful staffs. Good location. Metro is only about 200m away. Total trip time from cdg airport was 45 minutes with a transfer in Gare du nord. Room was very clean and nicely decorated. Very comfortable bed and wide varieties of pillows to choose from. Large hd tv. Rooms are right above a busy street, but the soundproof windows were really good at making the room quiet. Very strong water pressure for the shower.

The shower didn't have a curtain or glass door, so after every shower the bathroom floor would be flooded, with water sometimes spilling into the bedroom. Not too much of a issue for the guest but more for the hotel. For the price, wish the breakfast buffet was included.

Very nice hotel, very friendly staff, including russian-speaking girls on reception. Extremely comfortable beds and pillows(very important for me!), pleasant lightning, noise-protecting windows, it was warm in the room, its important regarding it was winter and -2 on the street))

No "-" at all... Keep on working please this way...Just could be nice to have a kettle in a room to have a cup of tea after a long day, but downstairs there is a teapot with a tea of your choice just for 3 euro.

Cleaning staff were a bit too eager to get in the room at 9am. I suggest to put up the "do not disturb" sign if you dont want to be woken up this early. Otherwise, excellent stay and service.

Location was good and excellent links to the Metro for getting around.

15 Euros for breakfast was expensive for what was provided, so went to local bistro for breakfast the following day for half the price.

Great location, it is in a lively area of Paris and had a tube station near-by. We did not hear anything from the busy road below us. The hotel room was very small, but the decor was lovely and had very comfy beds. The reception staff were friendly and kindly looked after our luggage as we arrived too early to check in, and put these in our room before we arrived back. We did not have breakfast included in our package but it did look very nice, with plenty of choice. It was brilliant having an iPod docking station in our room.

The shower was very nice and powerful but as it was more of a wet-room the water came round the side of the screen and along the wall and into the rest of the bathroom, it was a bit annoying having to mop it all up and stop it travelling onto the bedroom carpet.

Our room was too small for two people. Everything was too small, including bathroom. The world record for small rooms. Our room was near the lift and too noisy with people outside our door talking while waiting for the lift. No privacy when opening our door as it was right near the lift. Construction noise next door during the day. Internet did not work for 1 day. Staff keep saying it would be up in an hour. They did not have a clue. Unrealistic. They should have given a reasonable expectation of when it would be working again.

The room was bigger than other paris hotels and they use tempur beds, free and fast wifi.

The aircon in our room was not working, they dont have european adaptor that we can borrow for us to charge our cellphones and laptops. The bathroom was modern but when you take a shower the water goes all over the place.
