Elevator did not work, every day promised us the will. After two days we left the hotel. Small restaurant, at the reception, no revelations
Great hotel, very clean, extremely comfortable beds, very quiet (although located on a busy street in St. Germaine), delicious breakfast.
My friend and I had to move hotel as our original apartment was cold and damp.. We booked 20 minutes before arriving but it was no problem. The room was beautiful. On the smaller side but just lovely! The bed was a joy and the bathroom and shower fabulous! Location was perfect! Really really lovely little hotel!
We love everything, it placed 10 min walking to saint jermain center The lobby and the room have a trendy design, the room is not big but comfortable.
Perfect location on the left bank of la Seine. Hotel is clean & comfortable. Hotel staff is ver helpful. Everything is wonderful except that the room size is a little bit small.
very helpful and friendly staff, good location
wifi is too slow, a little hot (hot air-conditioner), room is a little small, price is relatively high
Lovely helpful Reception.
The Room was not ready until 4.30 pm suposably their best room and their most expensive.I understand that the was only one person cleaning why not clean your most expensive room first not last.I own a Motel in Australia and was appalled at the Room not being ready until 4.30 pm.Breakfast was extra 15.00 Euros each and poor quality They did not replenish food even though the Hotel was full very little to eat and not the standard advertised I paid 530 Euros for this room, on check out they charged us for two coffees while we waited for our transport 3 Euros afer paying over 500 Euros a nightThat is just mean.Very disgruntled.I would not recomend this Hotel,or Hotel.Com not happy at all.
The bed was the most comfortable I've slept in... Equal only to Mandarin Oriental... Room spotless! Modern and Quiet...
Room decor and toiletries were great. Hotel staff were very pleasant and helpful.
Friendly helpful staff, great location and comfy mattress
Very clean hotel with modern decor. Staff very friendly and helpful. Excellent WiFi.
The hotel was closer to Montparnasse than the Saint Germain area we wanted to be in. This was our first trip to Paris so we weren't familiar with the area. Next time we visit we will know to book a hotel closer towards the river. The mattress on the bed was horrendous, it had some kind of memory foam top which you sank into about 3"!! Didn't have a good nights sleep the whole time I was there it was like sleeping on a soda!! I'm not sure if this is same for most Paris hotels but there wasn't a bar or restaurant something we obviously overlooked when booking. There was an "honesty bar" which was just a bigger version of the mini bar in the room and a hot drinks machine. It would've been nice to be able to go back to the hotel at night and relax before going to the room or have the option to get some type of food. A nice hotel but too many boxes it didn't tick for our trip
Maybe it's because I have a low expectation of Paris hotels that are affordable, but this newly renovated property was a great stay. Convenient location to Montparnasse train station, room size was bigger than expected, furnishings were excellent, and the service efficient. No wonder they get such great reviews!
Location and the comfortable Tempur Bed.
Staff was professional
tiny tiny room busy street location 1 slow elevator
Matress and pillows, staff very nice
After reserving the room that I wanted ,I got a call from the hotel saying that there was an error in the server and I couldn't get the room I reserved. I agreed for another room and asked for a confirmation email with prices. On the day I checked out , I paid my bill and left my suitcases. While having lunch I received an SMS from American Express debit for 83 euros. I went to the hotel and asked about the withdrawal.the gentlman there told me that the lady that sent me the email made an error and sent me the regular prices of the hotel instead of sending me the booking.com prices that are higher that the regular.i showed my email and asked for reimbursement. I was chocked with what I heard and lost confidence in the prices of booking.com.
Great beds. Room size was bigger than we expected. By shutting the door to the street the noise is instantly blocked out. Very handy to the montpassne and st placade metro. great Sunday market at the Rennes metro entrance.
There was nothing we didn't Iike
Hotel was brilliant, rooms are contemporary and beautifully decorated, shower was brilliant, staff were pleasant and very helpful and surrounding area has loads of great places to eat drink and shop.
We throughly enjoyed our stay although did find breakfast to be a bit pricey. We were particularly impressed by the quality of the rooms and the added luxury of air conditioning. We would definitely recommend a stay here.
This place books up soon, so if you find a good rate, grab it!! The location is perfect, easy parking and access by public transport, wonderful for relaxing, shopping, or sightseeing. The rooms are spotlessly clean, very elegant and comfortable. Fantastic staff. A little oasis.
"Honesty Bar" concept is good, but it was cheaper to go to a café.
Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was very clean and the Tempur bed was very comfortable to sleep on.
nice staff, loved the breakfast (15euros more but worth it), the bed was very comfy and the bathroom was great.
the service is very good
Great 5* decor and fittings, def wow factor. Great reception greeting.
The rooms are a bit small but adequate.
