Não foi respeitada a reserva. Escolhi um quarto triplo por ter uma criança de 5 anos e acabei por ter um duplo e um single. Assim o que supostamente era um fim de semana em família transformou-se numa estada onde um adulto ficou com a criança no duplo e o outro adulto ficou no single. Ainda adiantaram que esta troca seria feita sem custo adicionais (???) Quando não há disponibilidade basta dizer que não há. Há seguramente outras opções na cidade. Não recomendado a famílias com crianças pequenas. |

A localização é muito boa, os funcionários são muito educados e o hotel é muito charmoso (decoração). A arrumação dos quartos deixa a desejar. |

Clean, quiet, located in a very nice environment. Simple and nice design in rose and white. L'Occitane show gels in the bathroom. All facilities function well. |

Good location, close to two metro stops. Lots of restaurants in the area. Two big and efficient elevators. Pretty pink decorations and candles in the lobby. Rooms cleaned everyday. Nice toiletry amenities. No noise from the street at night. Heating/Cooling System worked very well. Non-smoking room was really non-smoking. Friendly/helpful staff. Nice showerhead and bathtub. Walls a bit thin- could hear people talking in the hallway at night and in the surrounding rooms. A bit removed from the main sights, but the metro helped with that. Sometimes there was a strange odor in the room when we returned at night. |

Not a great deal.....it was clean and comfortable, but that was all. Overpriced for what you get - small rooms with no direct phone line to a reception where a trainee receptionist is unsure and unhelpful. For my short stay, I had to wait a while also in the morning for breakfast. There was no table free and no staff available for about 5 minutes. This is a long time for a 4 star hotel. |

There was a strong smell of stale cigarette smoke in the corridor. The bed was not level. The room had a strange smell (probably due to the partially eaten apple in the waste basket. |

Location was good and the room and bathroom had a good size for 3 people. It was always cleaned and warm. Bath products are never replaced and one of the guys at the front desk wasn't helpful when asked about information to leave the city. |

Excellent rooms in a great location, the hotel smells of chocolate, very clean with nice size rooms and a great bath. Very mediocre staff (only night staff-day staff quite helpful) would not even make us a drink despite the bar being open. |

Minimal, tasteful and nicely located. Housekeeping was below average. Stayed in a suite which was only partially cleaned every day and emptied bath products were not replaced even after complaining to the receptionist (although we were asured it was taken care of). Signs of wear and tear starting to show. |

Front of house staff were helpful polite and available. A cot was made available for our child without asking . Far too expensive. The room was next to the lift and noisy. We were not told that the (limited) breakfast was extra. |

It was wireless and it was convenient to the metro. The lobby was attractive and the room was small but reasonably clean with a very nice bathroom. There was a broken mirror on the wardrobe door and glass splinters kept falling on the floor. I reported this immediately but nothing happened despite my concerns and the hotels promise to fix it. The room was extremely small and next to an exit door which was constantly slammed. |

Very good location. Friendly stuff. Pretty interiors. Nice room with balcony (good view). Clean. Very good bathroom. Working facilities. Working WiFi (unlimited). Good breakfast. Suggestion - little fridge in room. |
