Cool modern decor, great positioning, friendly staff and it SMELLED GREAT! LIttle things like scuff marks on the walls of the room could easily be avoided

A nice quiet room at the back of the hotel. Very comfortable bed. Coffee machine. Good value breakfast with wide choice including cooked items. Bathroom extractor fan was not working. (Nor was the one in our friends room !) They would not accept travellers cheques - American Express Euro cheques - which was an embarrassment. I still don't understand why. It has put me off hotel Le General where I've stayed several times before.

Staff very helpful and friendly - extremely professional introduction. DVD/CD and Loewe TV allow you to personalise the room with own music and entertainment. Very nice to make an espresso in the morning with the pod machine. It was also great to open the window into the interior courtyard for fresh air during the night.. No fridge in room. and slightly cramped if you want to work at the desk. Small details really.

Very central hotel. Getting to the hotel and not having a double bed as I requested during reservation. And the fact they did not have the "do not disturb chips", because for two days a cleaning lady entered our room... Also, they did not had a shower cap do give us It was not worth the price I paid.

Nice staff, clean rooms, friendly atmosphere, great location, quiet enought to sleep well and good price. If the heating system had worked throughout we would have been entirely happy. Nonetheless, hoping the cold spell was temoprary we want to recommend this hotel whole heartedly! Allt var riktigt bra förutom att värmesystemet inte funkade och detat under för Paris två ovanligt kalla dagar och nätter. Fixar hotellet detta finns det ingenting som vi inte gillade!

Rooms were of a high quality and very friendly and helpful staff. Stand out hotel for the location! Needs a clock radio. Products for guest use needs to be replaced each day if opened. Night staff needs to be more knowledgeable.

It was a well located hotel with fair amenities. Room was quiet. Clean large towels with an electric towel rack was definitely a plus. Music in the hallways. Lack of internet access both in the room and lobby.

Nice boutique hotel...great value for your money considering how expensive Paris is. Great location for those wanting to avoid the highly touristy areas of the city. Design of the reception area was awkward, but that's to no fault of the employees. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The rooms are bigger than the standard in France, and especially so the bathroom. The windows are big and there is plenty of light in the rooms.

Large comfortable bed, large bright bathroom, Occitane product, free wi-fi Coffee suply not refilled, only espresso cups available so can't have tea, washing products not refilled. Gym equipment broken, complementary apples on arrival were rotten

I stay in Paris a lot and have been to many hotels. This is one of the very best. It is almost a "boutique" hotel but more a "design" hotel. From the Nespresso machine in every room to the fresh flowers everywhere every day. This is one of the most pleasant hotels and I would definately recommend it.
